This is right on time. I'm in a startup with IDP. Headed into the 11th and haven't taken a defensive player yet.
Beautiful! Be sure to check out the edge video as well if your league scoring isn’t super tackle-heavy favoring LBs. Would be going after that position first if scoring is more balanced across positions. Good luck!
Hi , new to Idp … just wondering What would you class a tackle heavy .. our points are 6 for sack , 2.5 for tackle for a loss, 2 for solo , 0.5 for assisted and 5 for 10+ tackles
Should my first pick in the 8th be R smith or Hutchinson/ bosa ?
Thanks
I have 3x idp starting spots (if that makes a difference) thanks
@matthewpowell7064 I’d go with Hutch or Bosa with your first pick and that scoring. With only three IDP starting spots as well there will be more comparable LBs for you to choose from as the draft goes on and in-season but the elite edges will be more difficult to find. If you grab one high-end edge and fill the other two spots with every-down LBs I think that’s the way to go with those settings. Good luck and always feel free to reach out!
This is loud
Huge question 🙋dynasty can you please rank: T.Dodson; C.Gray; K. elliss; N. Morrow; J. Phillips;J. Tavai
Elliss, Dodson, Gray, Tavai, Morrow, Phillips for me
Great video
Thanks for watching!
How is Terrell Bernard not on his list?
I like Bernard. He’s LB22 for me so just missed the cut. Just one year as a starter, had the 2nd most missed tackles at the position (26), and ranked outside the top-75 in coverage grade last year. Milano coming back as well this year so more competition there when there wasn’t another full-time LB next to him last year. It’s close though and think another strong year will bump him up and an older player down.
I think Owusu Kormoah should be on this list. He’s an elite athlete who was amazing last year and is only 24
JOK is a fair shout for sure and he’s not too far removed from the top 20 LBs for me. My main concern for keeping him out of there is just being in Cleveland’s defense that has been really inconsistent with LB usage where he’s just not been a reliable every-down player on a weekly basis. If we can get a full season of him playing an every-down role then that would definitely make me feel more comfortable moving him higher up the list.
@@PFFFantasyPodcastyeah I don’t know why they don’t give him 100% of snaps when he’s obviously good enough to be
Love it
🫡
Dang, I thought I was alright with Bernard, Brooks, Dean, Pace, and Kyzir White... lol
Haha I’d say you are. All solid options for this year. Nothing wrong with addressing the position one season at a time. There’s some long-term potential there still as well
Why is Trenton Simpson LB64 for you? Feels like that’s the lowest I’ve seen him for anyone
Yeah, I’m sure it is. To me, he could definitely be fine this year and rise up the ranks but I’m not overly excited to spend up to get him right now considering he hasn’t done anything in the NFL and isn’t guaranteed a starting job. Would just rather spend those picks on LBs I know are starting or ones I think might be better producers if they do get those snaps. He’s just not someone I’ve ever found enough to consider encouraging for IDP but can definitely change with a great year this year so I’m good with anyone who wants to move him up.
What about Patrick queen? I didn’t see him on the list
Queen just barely missed the cut for this video. He’s LB21. You’ll see him in the article (linked in episode description) right behind Luvu
