As I was watching this video, I tripped over my cat. I Can't tell you how many times I have tripped over them. So, I would definitely add pets as being a major fall hazard. Especially cats. For whatever reason, they tend to appear out of nowhere under your feet
learn to breakroll. Judo teaches that. I was doing a real faceplant header, but got the roll. No injury.. just annoyed for tripping over the imaginary cat
