Stray Kids is such a phenomenal group. They are self producing, they write 99% of their own lyrics and music and produce it. They have an in house production unit called 3Racha. Their dance line is Danceracha- Lee Know, Hyunjin and Felix and their vocal line is Vocalracha and they are the maknaes Seungmin and I.N
Their main rapline is Changbin, Han, Hyunjin and Felix and their main vocal line is Seungmin, I.N, Chan and Lee Know

Changbin, the aggressive rapper from God’s menu, is the one painting with blue paint in Ex. The blue paint also features in his solo song Streetlight. It symbolises his struggle with mental health. I do love it when he sings, it doesn’t happen often. Han also touches on the subject of mental health struggles.

so the whole concept of gods menu is exactly what you thought , stray kids had been criticized by people calling their music "noisy and loud" so they made god's menu as a comeback to those ppl (they also have other songs about haters) , they make their own music so they're always really proud of it , they do cook in their coreo , skz coreography goes with the concept of their songs so always hits really hard , their logo it's bangchan's (who's the leader) handwriting , they choose their own name and bangchan was the one who picked the members
When we were editing we noticed them doing more cooking moves in their choreography. We had a good laugh.. I absolutely love that 😂. I don't understand haters and I never will 🤷. They have a right to be proud of their own music!

For EX- In the music video each member is coping with their pain and loss differently:
Chan - self hatred (looking the mirror and trying to drown himself)
Minho - binge drinking
Changbin - suffering from mental health issues (people say the blue paint is a reference to another one of his works called ‘streetlight’ where blue paint represents the blue tree project, which aims to raise awareness about mental health)
Hyunjin - trying to fix/ build the pieces that are already broken
Jisung - denial, trying to pretend the other person is still there but breaking down when you realise they’re gone
Felix - laying in front of train tracks (suicide attempt)
Seungmin - despondent, can’t bring himself to do anything
Jeongin - using food as a coping mechanism
In the end though they all find each other, showing that there is an end to your pain and loss; you can even see Jisung dancing with Felix instead of the empty shirt :)

God’s Menu was the title track on “Go Live” album, and Back Door was the title track on for “In Life” which was the album repackage. Next up: Thunderous, Maniac, and Neverending Story, Hellevator (pre-debut), and so many more!

I like EX so much because of the lyrics; most heartbreak songs are focused on the POV of someone who was left and was wronged but in EX, it's the opposite where the POV is the one who made the mistake... it's refreshing to listen and understand because in every situation there's always two sides of the coin and in some case EX would embody "the one who fell first but the other who fell harder"

There is a Stray Kids song called “Cheese” towards haters, the song was to implie that the hate that they were getting for “Gods Menu” and “Side Effects” as they were somehow noisy and disruptive. The song is not actually about cheese it is about how the haters don’t matter to them they will just Smile onwards even though they are getting hated on.
In the start of “Cheese” when it’s translated it says “You find DUU DUU DUU funny?Whats so funny about a headache?” (Gods Menu, Side Effects)! But you should React to “Cheese”!

Welcome to Stray Kids! New subscriber just for this! They don't write too many typical love songs and they make a point of not gendering the person they are singing about which I love so that anyone can relate to it. I'm not gonna repeat what everyone else is already telling you except to say they are deep. Their lyrics, the choreography they do to match lyrics and the video ideas. They don't shy away from heavy subjects and I love it so much. Enjoy your stay (lol)

Stray Kids have released 2 full albums,10 EPs, 3 repackaged albums and 3 Japanese mini albums in the span of 5 years since their debut in 2018.
They’re gonna release another EP this October (7th October to be exact) called Maxident.
All of the albums were produced by 3Racha (Stray Kids production unit) and other producers as well.

Been a Stay since I was around 13 and now I'm in college having been helped by their music all throughout my highschool years. They are my favorite group and like many we were saved by them, thanks to them we understood that we weren't alone with our mental health struggles and gave us music/content to look forward to when things got tough. They became my happiness until I was able to be happy by myself. Like Chan said once, even when the day they aren't by our side anymore comes and we have to face things by ourselves, we have to keep going and fight for our future. All 8 of them are incredible people and I love them very much. I hope you can also see what we've all seen in them and enjoy the music they make and the passion they put in everything they do. They have always been very open about mental health and the many problems with today's society. Thanks for giving them a listen, personally there is no song I dislike from them but they know that their music is not everyone's taste, so they create a huge variety of sounds and use different genres so that everyone can find a song they enjoy from them!

@@NewChapterReactions Hoping to see more of your videos then! I really recommend any of their b-sides but personally the ones Han has written really resonate with me. As someone who suffers with anxiety like Han he understands the feeling better than anyone and he has said that pouring those words into his songs helped him a lot, and also hopes more people who feel the same connect to them so that they know they aren't alone. "Another Day" is a great example of that (the whole song was written by him). I recommend you to listen to it either for a video or not. However you feel comfortable! Anyways go at your own pace and enjoy the journey🥰

They were never wrong when they said you’ll always come back. The thing about ex, when you were talking about that regretful line, he isn't singing about being regretful for his actions but rather that he hates himself for feeling regretful at all because he feels he doesn't deserve the right to feel regret because he was the one who hurt his ex. This is what makes this one of the most emotionally mature breakup songs I think I've ever heard because the entire time they're singing about making mistakes and owning mistakes and wanting the person they hurt to feel their feelings and let it out on them (literally belting outloud to swear and curse them out) either out of self-pity because they feel they deserve it, or they feel their ex deserves the catharsis or some combination of BOTH. It's just so emotionally intelligent and I feel so often these kinds of songs are all "woe is me" or "baby take me back" and this whole song is about "I fucked up and I'm not okay and I don't know how to process this and I know you're not okay and I can't do anything about that and that really sucks".
I love that. You don't often see a take like this when it comes to breakup songs. It gives it so much more meaning a depth.

Small easter egg on God's Menu: the girls dancing are another group from JYP called Niziu.
The brilliance of God's Menu is pretty simple: Stray Kid's discography is like a restaurant menu: you have the spicy (Red Lights), you have the sweets, the sours and other stuff, you have a distinct sound for every single person and every single taste.
P.S: I hope y'all get to the relay dances too, they are HILARIOUS!

Yes! Welcome we're happy to have you...get comfy because you really never leave once you get a taste lol oh and uhm... have fun with hyunjin...he knows he's pretty and it makes him very dangerous. He's a dance machine, my bias is han and I still have to watch hyunjin perform. The man is insane. Changbin, the first rapper from God's menu, hold the number one spot as the fastest rapper in 4th gen so yea he goes kinda wild. Chan, changbin, and han are the main rapper's and they're also the producers of 99% of all skz music. Chan is the leader and he actually hand picked the rest of the members after they competed in a reality type show ~called stray kids 😃~ they're a very unique group and they all love what they do, and each other. We love these tiny boys... I could go on and on, but I'll let you two experience the rest of them ❤ enjoy your STAY
Love the way they use environmental sounds (knocking, squeaky door, ticking, bell) musically and percussively. In God's menu it was done, I think, more with onomatopeia ("du du du" is Korean onomatopeia for the chopping sound-- watch the choreo, they're chopping). Gives such a great textural element to their music that I haven't heard anywhere else! I'll Stay forever, boys❤❤❤

And since you are both very observant-- did you notice what they did in the choreo during Seungmin's vocals at 25:32 ? He's on the floor, reaching his arm up, and Hyunjin leans back and reaches his arm towards Seungmin. They're in an art museum, so they just casually stuck a tableau of Michaelangelo' Sistene Chapel into the choreo. 🤯🤯🤯

For a very different feel and a look at how open the boys are about mental health and their struggles Changbin's Streetlight (MV but no English lyrics), Han's Secret Secret (lyrics in the video), and Silent Cry (the response to Secret Secret, which i feel is like they're having a conversation) are some beautiful examples. NGL these songs make me cry in the best possible way and have been a comfort blanket to so many Stays, myself included. M.I.A. is an early song with them "talking" to their younger selves and is also a reference to Peter Pan's Lost boys (aka Stray Kids lol).
Airplane is a super fun song (JYP building ver. and stage clip video, I rec both) and so are Awkward Silence, Question, and Boxer (special video version of Boxer is my favorite). I Am YOU is a song I have sent/played for my close friends. My Pace really focuses on going at your own pace and not worrying about comparing yourself to others.
A VERY different feel would also be Chan and Lee Know's song, Drive, and Chan and Hyunjin's, Red Lights... you'll see why if you watch the videos/listen (soon to be joining them is Taste by Danceracha - Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix, it's part of their new mini album, Maxident, which is dropping tomorrow).
Of course the song that started it all unofficially is Hellevator, a pre-debut song/music video released as a kind of trial and the first task they faced as part of their Stray Kids Survival show. Lee Know even did the Choreo himself! The Title track once they debuted that "officially" started everything is District 9.
A lot of these are some of their older songs as they really came into their own in 2020 and I could honestly say something about each and every song they do but I shall restrain myself lol. They have so much music and so many songs are skipped over by reactors it makes me sad but I'm going to leave it at this for now and just let you decide what you want to try next because they really do have a God's Menu to choose from.

really great reaction. :) SKZ is my ult-group and after watching Kingdom, I also really like ATEEZ and BtoB! Han Jisung is my ult-bias... he is the ace of kpop... I could recommend you to react to Thunderous (first comeback after kingdom) District 9 (debut song) Hellevator (pre-debut song with the choreo + lyrics and the whole song was made by the members them self pre-debut when most of them where just 17 years old) and for more Vocal heavy songs... i really could recommend you to watch Neverending Story (their vocals shine really well) and Sorry, I love you (written by Changbin) and Secret, secret (written by Han Jisung) they are so great and have so much different styles of music. They really make music THEY LIKE atm. And if you want to do a guide for Stray Kids i would recommend you to react to the guide by TEAnoSUGA it's a long guide but its really good guide! Hope you have much fun with the whole discography of skz! The Message at the end of the videos they did put it in all of their music videos as a message to their fandom (STAY). The name STAY is when you pull the R out of STRAY it is the REASON to STAY! I look forward to more stray kids!

Y'all seem so sweet and I love that you watched it again to focus on the lyrics. I just started getting into Stray Kids a couple months ago and God's Menu and Back Door were my first songs too! If you are looking for recommendations my favorites of their harder songs are Double Knot, Domino, and Miroh. For softer songs my favorites are Sorry I Love You and Secret Secret. Also, their pre debut song Hellevator is a classic, definitely check it out!

Stray Kids is the ult kpop idol that i love.. They make their own beats, produced their songs and write their own lyrics. The insane beats made by their leader Bang Chan and i never get bored listening to it multiple times.

Skz was my first attraction in kpop by felix and by Skz I found ateez as their friend group in kingdom that time I don't like ateez but now Ateez became my attraction I'm so happy I found both best teams

I recommend trying their first take songs, they did 3 songs in first take so they sang one of their Japanese songs in first take, it's amazing and you both will be amazed ❤️❤️
I know Stray Kids, but don't really follow them. I watched their survival series to form the group (you will need tissues for that if you haven't watched it) so I became familiar with the members. Then I watched their MV for 'Double Knot' and that was the first time that I really heard Felix's lower register. I can understand how Bri feels because his voice doesn't look like it belongs to him. I'll watch their MVs, but not much more because I don't really have time to immerse myself into more than one group. Their interactions with Ateez and BTOB in Kingdom are everything though! Their fan song they recently was a rock-style, but I can't remember the name for the life of me. That one was a good one too. They are a very talented, funny group.

Yessss SKZ! I kinda suspected it would be them ahahaha. They're having a comeback tomorrow, so you're just in time for your Stay journey. Back Door is one of my fave titles from them along with Thunderous, Miroh and Side Effects, but I also love their softer side in Levanter. Welcome to the rabbit hole. So much content, between MV's, variety shows, Code, Talkers, records, and players which can only be found on UA-cam (until the release of the record and player album which they Kids have promised Stay). They have over 150 tracks to their credit in the last 5 yrs (5 due to the pre-debut releases by 3racha and the songs made for their survival show). So many choices. They were the first Korean boy group to be featured on The First Take (Japanese music channel songs recorded in one take on camera) and have done 3 songs 2 in Japanese and one in Korean. I have not been disappointed by any of their songs. Please enjoy these beautiful talented young men. KPop knows no age I am a 59 yr old STAY and am so proud of our Kids. again Welcome to Stayville.

Stray Kids! I had a feeling it was them. Also a group of talented members. My favorites are Hyunjin and Changbin! Hyunjin with long hair IS A LOOK. God's Menu and Back Door mvs are soo good, very captivating. Their transitions between scenes are no joke. Absolute perfection.
I love the rap parts of God's Menu. And I think my favorite skz song is Back Door. I love the grooviness of it. And the choreo of back door is so cool. I love how they use their bodies to create lots of images whether individually or together. Really cool.
I think I have heard most of their title tracks and like them. Haven't heard many b sides. So if/when you get to those, Bri can accurately say, Thanks for reacting with us! XD (at least to one person)
