wassup dude! may you remember my previous comments how me and my buddies got into fitness being 17 years old after being influenced by you. after these 6 months into gym and diet it has become a part of lifestyle but I am forced to leave gym by parents due to risk of 3 wave due to massive public gathering at tourist places.don't worry I will not get distracted.i have ordered important things like dumbbells,barbells, resistance bands etc. and will continue jogging early at 4:30 AM. wishing you a good luck for future and thanks for motivating me for a healthy lifestyle

Please make a dedicated video on rep ranges and why is it better to use same weight in the given rep range and going till failure or 1-2 RIR Rather thatn just stopping the set in between without reaching failure. Hey saket there's an easy fix if your gym doesn't have heavy weights. Just take the 30kg dumbell and take another dumbell say suppose 5kg and place the lighter one horizontally at the top of the handle of the 30 kg and then you'll get 35kg weight. I hope these instructions get across to you I'm not good at explaining stuff😂.
