My favorite thing about what these guys in Nothing More do is experiment the hell out of those instruments as well as vocally challenge themselves. They're not afraid to change their style while still being Nothing More. In my opinion they're a band with no genre and I absolutely love that.
Well those weren't the vocals I was expecting.
same. it's totally different but has a somewhat similar sound to the older stuff. I love it
*similar sound to the older stuff and the last album too
he killed it tho
Grace Magisana he sounds like an angry muppet
K G I'm crying at this comment lol
I love this because you can still hear the "old" nothing more in the guitar and bass riffs ( and slightly through the vocals) but you can tell they worked hard to bring us something new and different. Which is what makes a band good.
Is your pfp the dog from undertale? lol
I'm completely infatuated with this!! Yes it's different. Buttt, it's Nothing More!!! They can do whatever they want and it will be gold!!! KEEP DIGGING!!!
kurtsinsane *KEEP ON DIGGING DEEP. KEEP ON DIGGING DEEP!
5 senses and a brain to move me
I wasn't really expecting these vocals, but it beats making "more of the same". It seems like a good direction in the changing pace of creating new music. I enjoyed it a lot.
For the newer fans that are complaining about this "new sound". It's not a new sound for them. They have always done this electronic/hard rock mash-up. Their self-titled album isn't their only album. Go back, listen to their older music and stfu.
Not what I was expecting, but it's refreshing and new. I'm really liking the aggression they're bringing in this track. Can't wait to hear the full album, and can't wait to see the pit explode when they perform this live. This song would be a fantastic opener for their set.
And P.S. If you don't like it or if you're going to bitch about "where's the old Nothing More?" or "it it sounds nothing like TFNF!" then don't listen to it and go away. They're going to write the music they'll appreciate and be proud of, so you might as well save your breath.
Keep bringing the heat, gentlemen!
Dreadhead Heck yeah man preach it, it's not like they've had this sound on previous works. When I first I heard his vocals in the beginning it surprised me and the song kept getting better. I'm liking this industrial style they're adding in this song, idk why but I get a static x feel from this. Clearly not with the vocals though, lol
Dreadhead at first I was skeptical, but as the song went on, I really got into it. It was really intense and conveys a good message.
Although this isn't my favorite song that i've heard from the new album i am curious to how it fits in with the rest of the album,
I've had more than a few songs from other artists that i liked more after hearing the songs around them than i did just hearing it as a 'single' if you will.
They opened up with Christ Copyright when I went to a show back in February
The non generic sound of Nothing More is what drew me to them. I love this. It's not some mainstream run of the mill stuff. To each their own, but if you can't grow with a band, you aren't a real fan of music.
I need a constant loop of the first 20 seconds in my life. That beat is badass.
am I the only one that's into this? I mean, this is evolution at it's finest. Jenny and This is The Time were amazing, but this has so much to be talking about in it's own rights. the grit in his voice, the anger in the song... This is music. bravo Nothing More!!
Bro I heard these dudes in a crowd at KROCKATHON over another band and was like HOLD UP WAIT A MINUTE and watched them use the bassanator and absolutely lost my shit and nutted enough to impregnate the population of the entire world 😂
You guys are huge inspiration to us and once again you fucking killed it. So modern and fresh feeling. Can't wait for the full album.
Dear Agony Official I agree! he may sound like a chicken here and there in this song but I freaking love it! You both are HUGE inspirations to me :')
Sounds good to me def a Stabbing Westward feeling to their style if you know them
i cant get enough of this song or just Nothing More in general. They always understand me and i just hold so much unspeakable amount of respect for them. i agree. and this song on loop helped me through a recent tough time in my life
Not the vocals you were looking for but the vocals you needed
Jonny, Daniel, Mark, and Ben are my hero's!💖🤘
Just completely blown away,
Modern, sleek, aggressive, dynamic.
Best song lately.
Between the two singles they show a lot of range.
Even if you didn't care for this song specifically it should get you pumped for this album.
A song that will never old. A forever timeless song. Inspiration
I heard this song live last month for the first time. God it sounded just as good live if not better
When you keep listening to this song you realize how damn strong it is and how huge kick of power it gives - at lest for me! this is sick!
I know the sound is different but it really enjoyable. If you don't like this song there's an entire album that's coming out!
Already a badass song! Love it!
same
I love this agressive sound!
The vocals surprised me. THIS IS FOR YOU METALHEADS GUYS
It's the old Nothing More
I was not expecting the beat, the voice, or any piece of this..... but I actually liked it.....
Interesting. Can't wait to hear more. Can't wait to hear "Go To War"
Did you like it?
Mr_Traight yeah i enjoyed it
Go to war is awesome, this is shit.
jagsfanrick
How is this shit?
Because you only enjoy like 3 of their songs and base the entire goddamn band to be like that? You have every right to dislike the song but don't call it a shit song just because you don't dig it.
James you must not not understand. That is ok. enjoy life.
This was very cool, something that's sticking out from the rest of the industry!
damn right. once we are on the path, we dont stop. once youre awake you can never go to sleep. once your eyes have been opened they cannot be closed. we dont stop.
Guys, change within a band is bound to happen eventually - sometimes, change is gradual. And other times, like with this song, it's a shot in the dark. Personally, I like it. It's a good, gradual change. Some fans will leave, and others will join Nothing More along for the ride. It happens. The important thing to remember is that this is just ONE SONG - we shouldn't be judging Nothing More so harshly. Sometimes, change can be a good thing! :)
I see the Corey Taylor meme but I get an ad playing Stone Sour songs. Highly approved! ain't nothing like Mercy and Fabuless with some Nothing More!
SEE ALL THAT REMAINS, THIS IS HOW YOU CHANGE YOUR SOUND AND NOT FUCK UP!
Dessin Karms All That Remains changed their sound just fine. Never Sorry, Trust and Believe, Victory Lap, Pernicious, Halo, and Bite My Tongue are all fantastic songs
Paramore
Dessin Karms SO TRUE!! .LoL.
I must be the only one who thinks this is a great song, and better then go to war
These so called ''fans'' have no taste
Cursed Gamer I absolutely love this song. Go to war is amazing but I'm obsessed with this one.
Same. I don't get what people don't like this song
Cursed Gamer the same reason people don't like all that remains new songs. the vocals
Cursed Gamer nope! I love everything about it. From the way it built up, to the angry aggressive vocals, to the thoughtful lyrics. God, can they release the album already??
Seriously hoping there is more of this on the album
It's like The Dear Hunter meets System of a Down and I. AM. IN. LOVE.
How have I never heard this band before today?
I'm glad Nothing More isn't afraid to change their music styles up and experiment a little. Kinda reminds me of what they did with their old stuff (Vandura album).
This song is inspiring and y our voice was different in this one.. Love it
This is one kickass song tbh
This song gives me nostalgia on when me, my mom, my step brother & my step dad would always go back from the country on Sundays after spending the weekend there, and my step dad would always blast Nothing More & some other bands (like I Prevail & other metal bands) for the whole hour we would drive back home. I was pretty young at the time, and these songs have always stuck with me. I remember playing on my little iPad and being very sleepy but the thing keeping me up was these awesome bands. I miss those times, man.
This is the only rock band I fuck with today, very underrated
OMG......I'm so in love with this song.
The guitars, the riffs are amazing !!!!!
Their new sound rocks. I'm addicted to this album.
I love this song just as much as the other one! They are both amazing! Can't wait for more!
Who else thinks this may be one of their best songs and the most watched and still watched in a few years
when people say "i miss the old *insert band name*" i dont get it cause its not like they've all of a sudden changed into a different band. they're doing the music they want. they didnt change who they were they just started doing what they felt they wanted to do.
I will be playing this song at midnight as my 2021Anthem Song. I hope they perform it live somewhere that night...🔥😎
Damn! These new tracks are FRICKING AMAZING!! Can't wait for the new album!
I am loving the passion and anger coming through in this song. It's so different and really sticks out with what is in right now.
This sounds like a mixture of their other albums. At first I was like "This is okay" but I grew to really like this song.
Michael is that you?! Nailin' those high notes!
Hell yeah!!! The hype starts!
This slaps so hard in person.
It's very rare to find a bad song produced with Nothing More.
Very true
Since this song came out I have listened to it several times everyday! With headphones on, sonically this song rips! Love how the dynamics just build, build, build. My favorite so far of the 3 released. Can't wait to hear the rest of the album!
Nice to listen to this SONG on NEW YEARS EVE...2021....
I wish more of their music was like this song. It's phenomenal.
I was iffy about this song at first but after a few listens it really grew on me.
I can't get enough of his vocals ❤ Nothing More is my #1 forever!
man he goes hard on them vocals i can feel the anger and determination. fuckin love it
so glad i came across this on the internet! been wanting to get into these kinda music lately
this is brutal but it sounds great with bass boosting headphones
It's so cool to see how original this band is. Can't wait for the new album ! Great song !
Now I love the way they think .. deep enough where you dig deeper into this one and more of their music
Welp this a bad ass song I already can tell that this new album is gonna to be awesome!
Props to them for taking some risks with their sound, I dig it. So many bands are afraid to change their style and so they stay static for decades. Excited for the new album
every new song they released thus far is fckn great
This is waaaaaayyyy better than the other single. I'm feeling more of the metal vibe their "older" stuff has.
this song sounds better every time i play it
I love this ive seen them in concert 4 times and cant wait for the next time
The bassist is MVP
I love this song. Every time I hear the intro I wanna dance xD
Love how much Octane is supporting these guys.
I love it! First heard it on Octane world premiere and was speechless. He takes his voice into new depths and heights!!
I love this song's message. It motivates you to stand up and walk onwards. We don't stop! \m/
Absolutely love this song, and I can imagine this being insane live, especially if it transitions to or from This Is The Time (Ballast)
I can't stop playing, can't stop playing, can't stop! This is bad ass!
Love it can't wait to see them in concert again
Well at least we have the first album to listen to
I didn't really care for Go To War when I first heard it but this was a kick ass song. I love the aggression in the vocals!
Part of NMs allure is that they take risks bringing several kinds of sounds together and this track is no exception. I dont care much for dance tunes, and this song certainly has traits of such, but they did this song justice by turning there fire up on there vocals and making sure there were a few low riffs to keep the hard rock fans interested. Not every risk will land, even for me, but im excited to see what else NM tries across the new record.
this song is p good! i like the progression in sound from the self titled, and this is very solid!
This is a new sound, for this generation. I think that's really important..rad 🤘
Jesus what a sound! Its like massive attack, prodigy, with some cool garage rock vibes
Absolutely great song! It has a great groove, great vocals. Awesome!
I wasn't sure at first either, but this one definitely grew on me
im so glad i found this band, like wow
Loving the new sounds from these guys.
new songs coming out. what a beautiful birthday present
Heard this on Sirius and instantly loved this song
If you've heard any of their original stuff this won't be such a shocker to your ears. also bare in mind this is a self made band they have worked their asses off so you can hear this. Appreciate it.
I love the amount of lyrics in this song, although there is repetition, it feels like there is much more to it.
This is amazing guys every album you guys evolve as musicians this is so catchy love it.
I love what Jonny did with his voice here, cool new vibe
just stumbled across this band and song, so so glad I did.
That third chorus though. Damn. Killing it boys.
Great second album by a great up-and-coming band. Can't wait to hear where you take this sound NOTHING MORE.
This is great, I love the energy and the experimentation with the vocals. Also, the bass is 👌🏻
damn I loved this band back when they released their last album and it seems like they blew the roof off topping that one
They never let me down with there music
THIS GOT ME REALLY INTO NOTHING MORE I USE TO NOT LISTEN TO THEM TO MUCH BUT NOW I LOVE IT
Just saw them @ the underground in Charlotte! Amazing!
At first I was a bit taken back by the high vocals and the slower tempo of this track, but at 2:08 when the riff hit I really started to enjoy this song. I like the variety on this new record so far and I can't wait to hear the entire thing!
DON'T STOP NEVER STOP
Man I really hope this record slays!!!
Looking at "Nothing More(s)" lyrics through a free thinking point of view it's says a lot
Nothing more is actually a very extreme band and I am saying that because I have seen them live just to my local area. there straight out of Texas but you have to give them respect they are beyond talented and for the end of there performance the entire band plays 1 bass and makes a very nice beat and rythm. When they play live it's an adrenaline rush there equipment is high quality and very loud! They are super creative and i love how there adding in more techno into rock because it's new and is for this generation so why hate on it? most bands loose it after a few albums but all of there's doesn't sound the same like every other band out there. Anyway please don't hate just listen and enjoy if not then click on another song or band? have a nice day.
