Please don’t use retinol without a dermatologist recommendation
Retinol is better used at night. Use a moisturiser on it. I use retinol at night and vitamin c serum, face moisturiser and sunscreen in the morning

Stop using scrub on your face . Use chemical exfoliants
I used ordinary "niacinimide" but it made my acne worse, I dunno why
It's called purging, it brings brings out everything to the surface so as to work on your skin better. Give it time, use it with hydrating essence Like snail mucin .
Plus incorporate moisturizer that has niacinamide like yuja niacin gel Moisturizer
Sunscreens are expensive

@@adelineoparah not necessarily dear,honestly some people don’t use spf and their skin is fine...I’ve stopped using it and my skin is much better because the mekako face cream from Italy is what I use and it contains wonderful products...some black Americans don’t use spf,but have lovely healthy skin...just saying...I’m no longer in Nigeria so I can’t recommend any rn I’m sorry
