Your planners videos are the best. No fuss or craziness inside, just function. I’ve got my Filofax for 2019 but I have been overwhelmed with it again this year. I think I’ll go for the minimalist approach, just pen and paper, no stickers or anything. It needs to be simplified.
I bought a note calender fits in my purse. From the $1 tree and a pk. Of pens from walgreens on sale for 49 cents. I open to the mobth which a 📎 hold the place of the month and write down anything i want in the day box. Simple !
I have watched this video a million times. Really like your simple, but the functional setup, without a lot of stuff. The high lights are just enough. I am coping some of your layout :). The monthly budget overview, OMG, something I was looking for but did not know that this is the layout I need. I copy it to my Hobonichi. Just perfect! Thank you for sharing.

Your planner is so simple and functional. You have had a good though which sections you need. I love the nice clean look of your pages. I had for both my boys a separate notebook, where I put in the feeding hours, what they eat (from milk to solid foods). I kept that for a year. And I (still) have a diary for both where I put in every day a sentence, an adventure of that day. Even if there is nothing special. Their first words are also in that diary. That is separate from my planner. I will give it to them when they are older.
Your planner is so relevant to me as I also use FlyLady and Jordan Page's envelope system (she has a free dated printable that is really easy to size down for my A5). I also followed BabyWise for a routine for my babies. The 4 "babies" are 6 to 13 now but I totally think BabyWise was awesome. The authors have others books as children grow that were also great resources. 😍
i left my Bullet Journal in the car during a summer camping trip, because I didn’t want it to get damaged in our tent... The car got so hot that almost all of my notes written in Frixion ink disappeared. I put it in the freezer when we got home and most of the notes came back, though the ink was somewhat paler, and of course this also brought back the stuff I had intentionally erased, so not everything was super legible. Stopped using frixion pens for stuff I need to keep after that... Still love my frixion LX barrel in black, I have just replaced the frixion refill with a G2 0.5 refill instead.
I really love your inserts and the way you set up your planner. I think I have had the idea that I had to have a tab or page marker for every page in my planner and I'm seeing that is not necessarily so. For example, I see you don't have a tab or marker that goes straight to your future planning - you just flip to you get to it. I'm not sure what I'm saying but I think I am getting some good ideas.
Thank you for doing these videos. I love the way you organize your planner and I always find a new idea when I watch one. I love your clean, simple, no frills yet functional approach. Very similar to mine. I use blank grid pages much like you use the multi-use two column pages you have in your planner. I think you and Brandy Michelle Plans are my two favorite planner video people. LOVE the idea of the frixion pen for the passwords! I am forced to change passwords for work constantly. Brilliant! I have been just using a post it but this is even better. :)

@@plansmeetpaper3663 If the paper gets exposed to high temperatures, the ink will disappear. If this ever happens to you, put the paper in the refrigerator, or freezer. Somehow the ink will show up again. I live in GA, which means I have to be careful not to leave my planner in the car during the summer. I speak from experience. I forgot once. :-)

Hello! I use the 6 hole punch from Michaels. It just punches the holes. I cut the slits with a pair of scissors when I want the page to be easily removeable. Thanks for watching!
Hi Janine, Do you mean a Franklin Covey binder? I have half letter size inserts available which typically fit great in a Franklin Covey 7 ring binder (page dimensions are 5.5in x 8.5in). Let me know if you have any further questions! Thanks for watching! =)

I’ve heard that if the ink gets erased, to place the paper 📝 in the freezer and it will return. Not sure 🤔 if it’s true, but worth a try. 🥰

That happened to me too, I left my binder in my car, and when I came back, everything was gone, just in time for finals. 😑
