It was the 88 Stormshadow that got me into the whole Ninja thing as I'd only started collecting GI JOE in 87. Both SSs are fantastic.

This channel is the Storm Shadow of toy channels!
Best 3 Joes ever; Zartan, Storm Shadow, Snake Eyes. Though for me, my favourite was always the Bruce Lee-esque Quick Kick. I never managed to get the original Storm Shadow back in the day, and when I did finally see the camo version, I passed because he just wasn't the version I really wanted and I felt like he existed to mock me.
Speaking of Ninja's... watching the _far too adult for me_ 'Revenge of the Ninja' back in the day (a rental by one of my older siblings perhaps?) gave me an education not just about the world of the Ninja, but my first ever sight of... umm... other types of action scenes.

Outstanding comment especially the highly underrated Quick kick! Very kool figure although almost always being selected behind both Storm Shadow & Snake eyes in all fantasy drafts

All you have to do is apply a light white pearl model paint and use a model paint brush that has a pointed cone shape. To brighten up your old toys.
I had some gi and transformers toys start yellowing and I ask a art teacher at my university and it work. Try your best to research the color application to closely examine what color they used originally to make any old toy new.

The "American NInja" movie, starring relative unknown then and now Michael dudikoff. I didn't know if I wanted to be a commando or a Ninja between G.I. Joe, ninja toys, mags and movies, but chuck norris delta force movie seals do the deal, and a soldier was born. From then on out I was gravitating towards the wary series joes and playsets. Fast forward to 2003, I was cursing duke, grunt and the rest while on my 34th day without anything more than baby wipes to bathe with in the desert. Airborne!

I remember trying too buy him. He was hard too find. He sold out of stores fast!! The day came when i actually got him and let me tell you i held on too him tight as hell! I ran too the register and that's all she wrote! His accessories were the best: numchucks, samari sword, small sword, bow and arrow & stars...say no more. He became the most popular Cobra figure at the time, even more popular than Zartan & Cobra commander combined.

I started out as a Star Wars action figure collector, but GI Joe figures are in my opinion the much better figures. From the articulation and the accessories, Storm Shadow v.1 and v.2 are samples of the best of the small figures. Between the 2 figures, you have katanas, nunchucks, bow, claws, and everything can be stored in the backpacks. Probably some of my all time favorites.

Pratik Katre, A loose complete storm shadow from 1984 will go for anywhere from $50-$70 right now. That all depends on how white the figure is and also the amount of paint rubs on it. If he is missing any accessories the price goes down from there.
