Backlash on announcement of 18th Mauna ‘Ala curator prompts meeting with Hawaii organization leaders

After questions arose on Doni Leina Ala Hanua Pahukoa Chong’s qualifications as 18th curator of the Royal Mausoleum at Mauna ‘Ala, DLNR announced a meeting would be held with leaders from various Hawaiian organizations who have connections to Mauna ‘Ala.
