This game looks like it's trying hard to be My Desert Car.
It's closer to Jalopy with a hint of MSC style humour.

still 1000x times more difficult than MSC

But this has its own autosave and hit anything twice to die
There needs to be a difference between Early Access and barely functional tech demo.
But it runs fine for me you just need cpu from at least 2012. I have i7 3770k and running the game at 30-60fps
His CPU is the issue, single core performance is very important in this game, and the high clockspeed doesn't really help

I play for few weeks now, game is great. Updates are coming soon with new cars, buses, mopeds, and survival elements like eating beans, soup and drinking water.

i was chatting with the developer, bcs i had the same issue and he said they are gonna try to optimize the game (my cpu was at 100% all the time changing the resolution or details havent solved anything)
i think this game has a very good potential it looks very promising
My cpu is also at 100% most of the time (i7 3770k not newest but runs game 30-60fps just fine)

You can put the ammo in another inventory slot (1,2,3,4), then you will have the ammo automatically in your weapon, just reload. =)
god tier optimization
Sadly none of the premade solutions for Unity work with procedurally generated worlds so the 3 brothers developing this are going to have a hard time with that.
