I have a suggestion for an extension video: For each hero, compare their Exclusive artifact with their "ideal" non-Exclusive artifact and show us which one is better! That would be supremely informative.

I actually use the watchguards wisdom on my Zelus, it fits perfectly with his basic attack with the 5sec cooldown, and because he is A1 every once in a while there will be 4 of his pool for a single second. Thanks for all your videos, they have helped me greatly with wich artifacts to sell :)
I fully agree with the list this time! I feel most of the mage artifacts are so rough because there is a cooldown on the effect on almost all of them. If that cooldown was lower, most would be so much better. Also, early game using the watchguards wisdom on heroes like Zelus or Vierna gives a large boost to their damage since the attackspeed on those heroes is limited. So a extra attack every 5 seconds gives a big damage boost.

Hmm, I could see how Watch Guard'S Wisdom could be great on a mage with a really great main attack (like Khamet) in situations where he is also holding onto his ult for some reason. Like waiting on other champions to also be ready to ult to combo, waiting on a Delores maybe, or even just waiting until the right wave of enemies spawn. I may have to build one of these and play with it.
EDIT: In the Khamet example, obviously I mean that it might be interesting in until you get and build an artifact that is clearly better, so possibly interesting mid game or in niche content.

I'd like to second a suggestion from another Artifact Tier list - the color used for lego artifacts is way too similar to the color used for mythic artifacts. Using yellow would have been way better.
And waiting for the healer artifact tier list! They are the most confusing to me
The color used is very very much the one in game. I just took screenshots. Healers will be next!
I don't know if it's the video editing software or UA-cam, but in the game lego artifacts clearly have yellow background
perhaps it is the editing. I can try to fix in the future
About the 'Nightmare Samsara', I believe that it procs with burning hits, I've tested it on using a Azzoth and since he keeping attacking, his next ult is complete when the current ult finishes, so eternal ult for him haha, sadly I don't have a lego mage with burning to test it better...
Azzoth with promotions always has insta ult.
For the watchguard's wisdom, Greed's auto attacks have alternating RNG triggers and could potentially synergize from the wisdom if you're using Greed as support and want uptime on m. res debuff. Still pretty niche though.

Nocturne is a great option for TWW
my khamut has a spellcasters echo lv19 boreas TOT base and nocturne lv16 samsara there the 3 i go for until i get more TOT

I used Watchguard's Wisdom on Aeon, as her basic atk does vulnerability (P dmg + M dmg) for 4sec. I don't ever use her ultimate
yea for sure BUT that 4 secs is already enough to keep uptime without any double hits triggering
I had higher hopes for soul binding crystal early on because I didn’t realize the cooldown made it terrible. It’d be awesome if like a Vierna killing 20 enemies in one ultimate regenerated a bunch of regen but then I guess it’d be too broken
Agreed. as it stancds the cooldown makes it unusable imo

Will you do exclusive artifacts as well? You could compare them to the regular mythic counterparts and how much stronger or weaker they are on specific heroes.

Watchguard's Wisdom could be good for Zelus or Osiren since they both can't be affected by speed so their attack will always be every 5 seconds. Doing an extra AoE damage circle could be big. Also think maybe Ajax every basic attack does AoE damage and every basic attack has a 10% chance to inflict burn also each basic attack has 15% to do AoE lighting.

Watchguards wisdom could be interesting if they introduced a mage with potent surge, especially if they have an aoe basic with some additional effects
The watch guard’s wisdom - maybe Greed? His basic has chance of debuff and his rage cap is so low he’ll be near full a lot?
I can only say that there's maybe one exceptional use cases for watch guards wisdom (though I do like it on eona, but only cause I don't have better yet) and the soul binding crystal for osiron since he's got an abnormal base attack mechanic (which just happens to sync with the cool downs) and execute mechanic, early on if that's what you got then I'd imagine they'd do good things together, but no doubt it would an exceptional use case.
Whelp, I've been using the wrong artifacts. I mean I knew about Tear being the best way back and do have a couple. Sometime later I learned about Samsara and White Tower being good, and I've used both, since. However, I am also using a bunch of these other options, some even beyond 1-star, including soul-binding (my first mage specific artifact). That's an oof.

No idea how often I will see this situation but I put the Watchguard's Wisdom on Nocturne and it helped quite a bit. There were a few different places I found myself waiting to ult either because I waiting for Delores ult or waiting for a harder wave that was about to drop. In both situations it actually helped him clear a little better but since I don't have a lot of artifacts I don't have much to compare it to.
I used the watchguards wisdom on Marri to guarantee 100% uptime on her debuff in my earlier guild boss team. That was a solid use case for it.
Super niche imo but definitely a clever use.
Marrie in gb does a decent job with it. And early on i was using this on raiden and it seemed pretty decent

Hey fastidious I have a question. How do we know when to stop building into atk and start working on crt dmg. And do we count the atk boost from artifacts and pathion thingy.

Hi Fasti, I really enjoy Ai gameplay style and would like to give her a chance, so what artifact would u recommend for her?
Not here to say Tidal Ring should be S tier, but the math says it is the same as Heaven's Rage with an upside of slows and working on True Dmg heros. Heaven's Rage for a hero with 325% Cdmg, is a boost of 8% dmg at lvl 1 and 14% maxxed.
that isn't exactly how the damage calculation works unfortunately
@@fastidious_gg I just ran my Khamet thru GR2 with identical promo Tidal Ring and Heaven's Rage. The first hit is 12% more from Tidal Ring. Subsequent hits are ~2% more from Heaven's Rage because Khamet has a night terror set with 280% CD. Just saying the higher CD you have the worse Heaven's Rage becomes

So for the white tower trinkets conditional "adjecent" atk speed bonus, I am unsure what the mean. Is that only the tile in front, back left and right to the hero or are the 4 corner tiles around the hero also included?
All the tiles around the hero count as adjacent as long as there isn't an extra tile between that tile and the hero's tile

Does spellcaster's echo only proc off ultimates? Would for instance Boreas's Frozen purification (when he does his ice blast) or any other skill on any mage that isn't just an ultimate skill proc this artifact? Or is it just a way to basically immediately get 15% back as soon as you ult? Also would it be useless on an ult that gradually drains rage since at the time of casting it you don't go down to 0 rage?

That is the one niche use I discussed. But do you run Morrigan with no other Cutlists with CC?
@@fastidious_gg I only use her currently at the fraction trail, to clean the bottom lane solo and in VR I use her at some aspects but mostly solo as well. In VR NM there is sometimes no place for a slow unit, thats why.

@fastidious come on , I'm getting lightly obssessed here ! you have to be right for sure , but then when I look at skill it is usually N % attack as damage so if D = N*A , how does it matter if I increase A or D , even critical strikes would be just another multiplier ? please answer me so I can sleep better at night , pretty please ? :)
Isn't Crit damage equals to attack when your Crit rate is maxed out? I was using Heaven's Rage instead of tear of twilight because of that.
In cultists I use elukas and greed to do the slow, and Morrigan kills meanwhile the right part with Atrox. I'd rather more powerfull kills than the slow for Morri.
Do extra basic attacks from Watchguards count towards Nauvras throwing his bomb?

I would have to do the math but I think a speedy twinfiend would be best in Nightmare Samsara. And endgame you would want DPS out of him so ToT would be best
Can you eventually explain why, assuming 100% crit rate, Attack is so much stronger than Crit Dmg?
the damage calculation starts with ATK - DEF. widening this gap is supremely powerful. Very much outclasses and end of the calculation damage boost multiplier

The hero has to meet multiple conditions:
1. Low rage cap, because in this case we get more rage in % per hit/tick
2. Basic attacks must trigger effects that can stuck

I've been playing since launch and I have ever gotten only two Tears of twilight. I would really love to see the drop rates for the better artifacts
How much you farming AMR? Tear of twilight, wailing skill and spirit siphon all drop very rarely for me. Now I have them all maxed. Just gotta pump up then farm numbers ma boy

The fact there are also so few shielders for mages makes me hate north storm even more. It doesn't even belong in the game.
Truth. I really think it is the worst artifact in the game.
At least for me in GB skull it's better than tear for twinfiend (in a hallow team).

You didn't do all the Mage artifacts. Luck of Tya would like to say it exists even if it is the worse Legendary Artifact in the game.
what is luck of tya? I literally included every artifact that exists from the normal forge.
@iousYTLuck of Tya is obtainable through the Exclusive Forge only. It's a Legendary that can work on any Mage and it grants it's effects only when used in the EXP Raid. It is technically a Class based Artifact and you included Amulet of Arteries in the Fighter video so it should have qualified for this video.
well no this is a video on normal artifacts. if it is only available from gleaming meteorite it is not a normal artifact
