I think they do it to filter background noise out. But at the same time, we don't need background noise filtered out because it is subtitled anyway, and background noise is part of the appeal. Music should be used for b-roll and transitions. And it's not that UA-cam music is bad quality, it's just that every video on UA-cam already uses it so viewers have heard it thousands of times already.
I'm glad they tried the true and "traditional" boba tea. Sometimes, cafes and restaurants sell tea with "bubbles" filled with sweet fruit flavored syrup... it's overly sweet and not pleasant.

I used to work with Indians. one thing I always noticed is that they always automatically shared everything with each other - food, tea, snacks or work tasks. watching babu and raeen take turns drinking the bubble tea reminds me of that.
They are so many in numbers, that sharing is a necessity.

This is a fun video because it's very simple. I really enjoy just watching normal conversation and feels like we're sitting at the table there with them both. I also found it funny that Raeen did the same with the sealed lid as I did the first time I experienced it. It's sealed so you can shake it up or walk around and not spill, but just push the straw through and drink. I too struggled and pulled the seal off not realizing how it was designed to work.
Would love to see a video with just the two of them talking and recapping all the adventures they had on this trip. Maybe in the "Common Man Talks" format like a pod cast. And even some of the others reacting to the edited trip videos like they did with Babu's solo trip a while back.
I work for a food delivery Company And so I have to pick up a lot of boba tea.. I didn't know that was the reason for the lid being the way It's put on. I2 would love to see the podcast you suggested with them reviewing everything They have learned from the channel how it's improved their life or not improved their life. I think that would be really cool

I know they enjoy sharing or it’s their cultural etiquette. . .In this instance, they both appeared thirsty. I wish they had separate drinks with different flavors that they could have shared. I think they both enjoyed the refreshing coldness of the ice more than the flavor.
I am an American. ..so, just saying we are not as comfortable sharing an entire drink that way, except maybe with our young children.

I love boba/bubble tea so glad they did too and love raeen’s top! but just wish he hadn’t touched the straw end with his unclean fingers lol and normally you’re supposed to poke one hole in it for the straw but there’s two of them so it’s easier that way heh and it’s tapioca beads not basil (: and sadly if there’s dairy in it it’s already harmed many abused tortured diseased etc women in a seemingly unending hell from whom it was taken horrifically and not given to their babies, as well as them two and our planet and all of us on Her… but it can be made with dairy-free milk in which case it’s great for all and doesn’t harm any!(:
