I agree, Ruby is great on adventures. But in the previous video Sir explained that all the others were unavailable, so that is why it's Babu and Raeen. I really hope Ruby gets to go on a flight too.

@@tubularap I would like her to experience other countries, both similarities to her life in India and the differences. It would also be nice to have the point of view of a woman. I know that Ruby is a married mother and is not really free anymore, but she is highly intelligent and open to challenges. I e.g. would like to bring my Filipina girlfriend and her two daughters (College age, respectively teenager) out of the slum they live in to see the wide world (though at the moment I cannot afford to do so as I'm paying for the college education of the older girl), but as soon as both of them are finished with their education I want to show them the world.

Tell Raeen that being brave doesn't mean someone has no fear, it is being scared, but doing the task anyway. Raeen has always been the timid one when it came to adventures, but I'm glad he is challenging himself again.
yes, one can only be brave in the presence of fear. without the fear, bravery would have nothing to overcome. they are two sides of a coin and we must live in harmony with our fears and face them as often as possible as to diminish them. most fears live and dwell in ignorance and are easy to vanquish...it's the primal gut fears that take much longer to manage.

Raen is just being logical. We might be accustomed to it, but when you fly you are essentially strapped into a seat, in a long tube with thin metal walls, being propelled at 700 mph by exploding chemicals. And if any of a hundred different things goes wrong, you will meet a horrible death. You have to be insane to not be concerned the first time you do this.
I also hate flying. But I've had to do it more than I wanted to. I feel once you're up there, there are only two ways to get back down: the good way and the bad way, and I have no control over either, so I might as well try to enjoy the experience.
but it is by far the safest mode of travel, mile for mile. cars are much more risky, even as pedestrians. take care on the roads everyone, take your time.
@@acommentator4452 Statistically, flying is much safer than driving.... if you use "fatalities per mile travelled." But if you go by trip taken, then it is the other way around. And that is because we take a lot more trips by car, and trips by planes tend to be pretty long. Many people have survived car crashes.... not very many survive a plane crash.

Raeen takes care of nobody. Everything he does is controlling or trying to get brownie points. And Babu was sick to death of Raeen and his inappropriate behaviour. They were stuck together.

It's scary when you're not used to it.
Raeen (Being the considerate and compassionate soul that he is) always plays the role of the protector and the Big Brother/Uncle to every one else on the channel. It was nice for once to see the roles reversed when Raeen was able to lean on Babu's shoulder for support when he needed it so much. This is what family and friends are truly all about!
Raeen, be proud of yourself for working through your fears. It is very common for newer fliers to experience the high degree of nervousness and the discomfort that you did. That is the essential nature of these sorts of unaccustomed adventures and is also how we learn just how strong we can be inside when faced with something new and unknown. Whenever you start to feel like this in the future just remember that every one of the crew members on these planes has flown hundreds if not thousands of times and they would never continue to do so if they were not absolutely convinced of their own safety.

Raeen needs to learn one of the secrets of air travel. Prior to flight one must pay due respects to the gods of the air. He must consume only clear liquids, I suggest vodka, light rum or gin! 😂

Raeen should have been offered some Dramamine to help with nausea and nervousness. He can also be advised to close his eyes and try to sleep to help with nausea and air sickness. Some mint gum to chew on can help or a Ginger ale soda.

Many many years ago, I too felt anxiety when traveling by plane....until I discovered red wine....That changed everything..... Now I have no anxiety when traveling..(I don't need wine either unless I choose to have some with my meal....Love going on an airplane ..

It's so strange how we live on the same planet with such different experiences. My grandfather owned a plane, so I have flown all my life, I have no idea how old I was the first time I flew. One or two years old, I'm sure. And I was flying a bit when I was eight "buzzing" Grandpa's house when Grandma was home.
Poor Raeen. I am the same during take off and landing, and turbulence. I try very hard to stay calm and breathe deeply and slowly. I also have to take motion sickness medicine. Raeen needs some motion sickness medicine. He'd be calmer, too. Probably. Depending on the medication. The one I take makes me sleepy so, I sleep. It's a good way to avoid anxiety. And bad in-flight movies. 😅
Edit: Ack! Raeen! Lol no bidets on airplanes. 😅 (FYI bidets are only just starting to catch on in North America. They aren't common to find. Thought you should know in case you ever do visit the USA or Canada.)

I have not been flying since I was around 5 years old. It was horrible. Tried hard to sleep and even succeeded until dad woke me up. Got really angry at him then. Haha. Im 28 today. Anxious how I will feel if I ever fly again.
Raeen may be yoiu think you aren't, but you're really brave. It's not easy to face our fears and it's not easy to break our limits. Your entire life was so limited and reduced to a small world and circle, like a small egg, and your breaking the shell and knowing the world and facing so many new things for you. You are still young and unexperienced but you will never forget this vital journey. Thank you for sharing it since many of us that think life is the same for everyone can understand how different it is and how many "naïve" an pure people still are in the world, fortunately

My father was a railway station master in Africa, and I grew up in farming/tribal areas in Rhodesia. My childhood experience of tribal Africans was wonderful, and where I learnt of the lovely nature of tribal agricultural people. It was after the Marxists arrived to pollute their spirits that ugliness began to grow in their domestic culture to eventually produce Zimbabwe and its attendance evil horror that has made it the poorest country in the world. Now, the Marxists are exporting these corrupted innocents to the West to exploit them again in the name of compassion but for the purpose of Marxist power.

Next time take anti-nausea medicine before you fly it will help a lot!! Also, chewing gum helps with your ears when they start feeling clogged. A lot of these little comforts will help take the edge off when flying. I have flown all my life and I hate the taking off part just like you.

You should all be properly prepared before embarking on a plane, it would spare you anxiety. Also there are excellent natural remedies that you could take to prevent getting sick. It is very simple. Once back at home, please follow a training and get all the explanations you need so that you do not get scared.
