When in the Forsaken Tower (3rd area sidequest), steal from Orgas, and especially steal from the end boss. Orgas drop a 55 def glove that can be purified into Berserk Gauntlets that gives 70 Def, +4 Str and Auto-Tarukaja. The boss has Ogre's Fists, a Brawler weapon with 308 power, which is my current strongest weapon and is better than anything the shops sell. I do like that they make stealing worthwhile here, and the battle restart option is clutch.
Damn, I just ran away from the Orgos. I got to the tower in the middle of a storm, and after my experience fighting the Guptauros in the tomb during a storm, I didn't want to bother with them if I couldn't get extra turn icons. I kinda feel like I missed out, but I can live with that.
With restart option being free I'd try to use steal and try to get item from any enemy type, especially unique bosses. You never know what you can get.
@@caliburnabsolute8517 In future you can always ambush the enemy, steal from them, then run away. You can keep the item (and even re-steal from the same enemy in the next fight) I don't think I even killed more than 1, too much hassle, just farmed 4 gloves from them and ran away lol. They lasted me for quite a while too.
Dis game is so good I can't believe it. I beat Persona 5 Royal this year after like 2 years of playing it on and off because I just found it so grindy and grueling. I just wanted it to be over. And I didn't find the story compelling enough. Maybe I was just burnt out on the setting, having played Persona 3 and 4, which I did enjoy a lot more. I guess Persina 5 didn't do enough to make me like it, but the improvements Metaphor has made on the battle system I'm finding to be very impressive.

Yes, you can steal one and boss has a “chance” to drop one. More reason to use Merchant for that fight
