    I've had PCS for 7 + years, I think. No Doctor said it was a concussion, even the ER neurologist sent me away after telling me the tingling in my thighs + dizziness + nausea, etc could be lupus or MS. After taking the SCAT5 in late Oct. it was clearly a concussion.

      Interesting, and I'm sorry to hear about the long journey. It may be worth digging into more objective assessments (e.g., VOMS, BCTT, etc..), because a significant percentage of the "healthy/control" population will still meet concussion criteria on the PCSS from the SCAT-5 (even without concussion history). So, it's really only one tool in the game. 🙏❤️🧠

      @@drmarkheisig Thank you for the feedback. I'm now on a solid path to healing with much input from Doctors who are teaching so much quality content, like yourself. I may still have to get some VRT but diet, sleep and exercise are the focus. The local concussion clinics aren't taking me on as a client because it has been too long.
