Relationships are easier to break up than to build up...
But with the right mindset, it's easy to build a relationship, with love, humility and humor.
If subconscious thoughts and habits are aligned with the conscious thoughts and habits.

These channels are important especially for future generations, because children are isolated from real world, or targeted by unhealthy content.
They need a healthy mindset...Adults remember healthy childhoods so they may come back to better habits,
, but millennials were raised by smartphones....and become unsocialized mentally etc.

Good opinion. You can never solve the problem with more thoughts, or adding more thoughts.
More thoughts contribute to the problem.
Only energy can change problem, energy is not about logic or analysis
Love empathy and gratitude are energy.

Your perspective is insightful. Indeed, sometimes overthinking or adding more thoughts to a problem can contribute to its complexity. Shifting the energy around a situation, focusing on love, empathy, and gratitude, aligns with a more positive and holistic approach. Embracing these energies can often bring about transformative change and contribute to a healthier mindset.

Hey clay, so after a month of no contact I reached out to my ex and we’ve been hanging out as friends every weekend. I try to throw in some flirting here and there but she told me she doesn’t want to lead me on. How do I approach this when trying to reattract her. I’ve gone thru therapy and completely changed into the man who she always wanted me to be
