I think when people ask how to draw hair They nean they want to kniw how to shape it, how to make it life like etc. Shapes. This is just basic abd cartoony.

@@rietzhu placement over detail. (Aka knowledge of anatomy placement over style or things that look pretty ) it all has a place and time.
