Enjoy!
the opening and outro jams were both epic..
Calvin Harris - Thinkin bout you
That drum machine is probably the best addition that's ever been added to the Andertons videos :P
Reverend is quickly becoming one of my favorite names in musical instruments. I picked up a Sensei RA earlier this year, and it's absolutely legendary.
Best sounding basses I've heard on this channel. I like a lot of the Warwick and Ibanez bases that have been shown, but these basses sound the best so far.
1 minute in, loving it already! Really like the way Andertons is going with their bass previews now ^^
Great bass demos. These are getting better and better. Far superior to most bass specialists!!!
Another bass video, AND a sick montage?!
Hold me mama, i'm going in for a 20 minute ride.
I love how much fun Lee and Nathan seem to have in these past few 'All About The Bass' videos. It's so contagious!!
Awesome review as always guys! Can't wait for the next one!!
The drum machine is my favorite character on this show.
its just channeling the inner workings of lee's mind
It's great to see two people so clearly in love making great 90s dance music together!
ive had my rumblefish 5 for 14 years, it was ordered from the factory on the last day of orders before usa production stopped still me favorite. excellent build quality
Another example of what makes Anderton's demo videos THE BEST! What an outro jam!
Whoever edited this much have had so much fun xD
"But I got so many unused effect left :(" - "ok just make sure they aren't applied to our faces!"
Just thought I'd point out that the two smaller screws on the neck plate (in the middle) are there just to hold the plate in place. That way it doesn't do that inevitable thing where someone takes the neck off and accidentally drops the plate (which promptly bounces right off the guitar's body and scratches the paint, because the universe is a dick like that.)
I like that the bass show is slowly taking its own style. Classy and fun, indeed.
The 2 small screws on the neck plate are to hold the plate on when removing the neck
ThatGuitardedGuy ahhh, clever
LOVED dat intro jam!
And the outro as well!
I've said before .YOU GUYS MAKE THE BEST INFO VIDEOS ,THANKS
Nice basses and excellent jams once again.
Waited for Reverend guitars for SO long. May need to take a trip to Andertons to try them out
They're really good, played a Double Agent OG and the whole thing felt and sounded as good/better than an american made guitar.
A Frost T-Shirt worn by the actual Frost bass player in an Andertons video. What a time to be alive.
"Mercalli" is the seismic intensity level used to measure the scale of an earthquake.
Cool to see some Reverend stuff at Andertons! I'd love to see a video on the new Billy Corgan Reverend sig, it looks amazing!
Very well produced video! Love Reverend stuff!
this is a really cool video!! I love it!
Nathan is suuuuuch a great bass player, always enjoy the bass videos 👌
great basses...great bass player..
man, that intro was crispy as fuck.
that korg pad just upped the jam game up to 10 :) loved it
Hi Lee. :) Greetings from New Delhi, India. Watch all your videoS and obsess over them....absolutely loved the jam at the end. Big fan of your blues playing too, being an aspiring blues player myself. Thoroughly enjoy your content. Rock on!
Nice to see a change in the jams those were amazing
Nate is so good with accompaniment! Nice vid fellows! The revs seem very interesting.
Watched this review. Gave the distributor in my country a call, and got my hands on the dub king in less than 12 hours.
Amazing video guys, a departure from the norm (I loved the norm anyway) but a worthwhile departure! More like this please
Yes! Great video, guys!
That intro jam was better than everything any of my bands have made produced
Refreshing jams ☺
Brilliant opening, let's see more of those please.Volume on this seemed a bit lower, might just be me though. So hard to find Reverends even here in the States. Thanks for the review!
For sure my favorite Andertons video so far! I would love to see how this the 5 string handles from fuzz.
The Dub King is almost as if Hofner, and a Gibson EB3 had a baby.
Love that bass line!
Incredible filming
Reverend basses and guitars; proudly made in Toledo, Ohio!!!!
Michael Campbell just qc made in Korea.
Nick Donn, Touchè.
Cool Jams from you guys!
You finally noticed Reverend! Ive got two of their guitars. Double Agent OG and the Charger 290 LE. I LOVE THEM!
Hell Yeah, one wasn't enough for me either, I have the Double Agent iii and Sensei RA
You know it.... I am saving for about 5 more give or take... Yes, i have a problem. hahaha
They started s nearly only factory direct. Only a handful of dealers had them years ago. I bought a Gil Parris and had Joe Naylor sign the headstock. You cant get that now.
Tasty opening jam.
You left the links out chaps, must have been the Danish tripping beer
+Jerry Atrick Sorry dude. The link is there now.
nice work guys! not sure if that bass is for me, but i loved the vid 😄
Let's collect all the Gammel Dansk inspired videos! Interesting to see the progress thru the day :)
Reverend! Awesome.
I have a Reeves Gabrels signed Reverend guitar at home, they're cracking guitars and basses
I've got the 4 string copper finish Mercalli. It's fantastic in all ways.
Nice tone and looks... Makes me wanna hang up the 6 string and learn bass :-)
That was cool - bring back the drum machine!
Still loving that electribe
that was fun
great playin' matez...
Great choice of shirt Nathan.
😀
Respect for giving your direct competitors a bit of air time. As a consumer. I own a
Chapman ML3 mod and A Reverend sensi SA FM they are neck and neck in quality and construction. However the Bass CONTOUR .OPITION ON THE REVEREND gives more Tonal options. and locking tuners as standard ... You have to up your game Rob. and Lee.. And I forgive you for deflecting the issue ,by doing a bass review...Lol..
P.S. the Rail chisel pups are better than bare knuckle offerings in my opinion...
Dub King Sounds better than most basses with Flats! I really like these basses. I'll have to go check them out. Very similar to Hofner.
Sounds good ,nice settle smooth tone
Awesome videos guys! PS you are the reason I bought an Electribe and Dimension Bass (my fourth different one haha)
Maple fretboard is available on both 4 and 5 string basses. I'm really looking forward to demos of the Reverend guitar line, although you don't currently carry the Pete Anderson PA-1 RT, which is Gretch type bigsby equipped semi-hollowbody which is of interest to me.
opening Jam makes me want to play Bass
I never thought "electropop" could be this good ! :P
Like richter, Mercalli is a scale used to measure earthquakes. So as to say that that model rumbles, I guess.
ahh those techno jams are always nice :D
Love the Reverends
The Dub King. That is some bass-i-fying !
Great intro vibe
Me'Shell Ndegeocello plays Reverends. Or at least has played them two or three years ago.
When is the Andertons album released? You could drive all night to these tunes 😀😀
Hi. great work about basses, but when we will see a video about Chapman MLB-1 BASS.
There's a review on the Mlb-1 on Rob Chapmans channel if that's any consolation to you.
thanks
Could you do a review on the Thundergun Bass? There isnt a lot of review of Revs out there and its a big part of the Rev Bass line up so...
Cool vid as always, but please... Slap and pick test should be mandatory!
Reverend and the basses.
soooo cool!! :D best video so far!! :D
Yessss!!!
Hey guys, please do more with the Korg, and what model is it? Everything about this video made me wanna get funky with a bass, Cheers.
dat Dub King...
So lit.
nice t-shirt there, nathan! :D
Y'all should do a comparison of Mexican and USA Jazz basses and/or a video on Warwick :D
omg this intro
How is the bass and the cab set in in the first jam? i´m blown away!
Can we have a review of the reverend guitars too? They look nice.
Please review the Eastsider S. It looks badass. Thankyou.
Any chance of a video on Revs guitar range coming up?
+Nashp Coming very soon. Thanks for watching.
+Andertons Music Co Awesome, looking forward to it.
Any chance of a review of either the ibanez talman or the sire m7/V7?
was that a SMV lick at 1:18 through the video. awesome stuff
Hey guys, cool video, I'm so interested in Reverend basses, I will try both of them, but which one would you recommend to do rock?
For me personally the only thing i like about this is the headstock.
NICE!!! What drum machine is that? A Korg electribe?
Please do a Status Graphite review. Maybe the Chris Wolstenholme signature bass?
Andrew Hamblen it depends if they want to stock status basses as status are a custom company so it's a massive choice to do something like that although it would be very nice.
Great groove at the beginning (and indeed at the end)! PS. I'm all in favour of regular drinking and jamming on the channel #gammeljams2016
fkng awesome
joe is the brainchild ken is the boi
It was good! But, who are the making these guitars?
I'd like to hear the basses played with a bit more attack (not with a pick), so that we can hear more of a nastiness from them, rather than a smooth, softly played sound.
Y'all need to do sounds like Korn, and get Nathan to play bass in it
