Belron/Carglass Jingles Around the World (Updated)

- Hey y'all! Thanks for the support on my last video. I made it I was 13, and I never expected it to get as popular as it did. In the comments, some people mentioned that there were some jingles I missed, so I got more and made a new video! I put more effort into this video and included all the highest quality jingles I could find, so I hope y'all enjoy.
Please note:
1. Carglass is present in Austria, Chile, Czechia, Latvia, Morocco, Serbia, the UAE, and Ukraine, and Safelite is present in Mexico. However, I could not find jingles for these countries, so they have not been included.
2. The numbers for countries with multiple jingles (Belgium, Canada, Germany, etc.) are in no specific order.
Norway didn't understand the assignment.
The Greece understood the assignment but Greek is too convoluted
Most countries understood the assignment apart from Greece (who’s jingle was highly similar to the others but was completely out of tune) and Norway (who threw everything out the windo and created a highly uncatchy jingle). The Dutch didn’t seem to understand either.
@@Smith-if8sn"Carglass επισκευάζει, carglass αντικαθιστά" i only understood the second part, and im greek! It's like smooshed together, but somehow it works.
@@astonishingpatchProbably the grammar plays a role (if they want to stick with the translation and not change the words/order). For example, i will say the greek because thats what i know, the verbs are bigger and the timing is off so the end result is... Yeah...
And Norway has a different jingle and the ad itself is way smaller than the others. I guess it's just preference. Doesnt mean the outcome is great, though.
😂😂😂
The dutch one hits
I doesn't though. Just sounds cringe.
Weare known for making straight up bangers.
We know, and we vibe to it

The Carglass/Autoglass jingle is by far the one thing that we all share in common no matter who we meet internationally lol
At least we have it in common in the west/global north, where this seems to be a problem which needs to be fixed in 24 hours. Doesn’t seem like they operate in the global south, where broken auto glass may be a less pressing concern. Just an observation
Everybody except for Norway
@@ASDLR What even is Norway tbf
(Joking of course)
@@crazyoncoffee Well I know Carglass operates in Bavaria so it exists in Southern Europe but they must have their own versions in the Southern hemisphere surely. Windshield repairs specifically would be a very global market I’d imagine…
As a Mexican near the US, u feel left out quite frankly
The thing with the French Carglass jingle, is that we, the French, have heard it for more than a decade and has become one of the most famous jingles in the country. It just sounds so clean
Mais celui en espagnol est bien plus meilleur
We feel the same way about “Safelite repair, Safelite replace” in the USA
Same in Germany (with German ofc) hahaha
That's such a french comment.
That goes for like all of europe honestly
💃🏿🇳🇱Carglass repareert✨️✨️ Carglass vervangt🇳🇱🇳🇱

SO THAT'S WHERE THE SAFELITE JINGLE ORIGINATED FROM! THE INTERNATIONAL AUTOGLASS JINGLE!
Lithuania:
"Car glass your mum
Test car class me kittens"
Canada pt 4: “Apple Auto Glass your mum test apple auto class me kittens”
Holy crap had no idea this was a world wide thing.
Never heard the Spanish one before, definitely underrated
My favourite
its's between the spanish and the dutch one for me
ive heard spain #1 1,000,000 times
I'm from spain and it gave me shivers down my spine lol
The world didn't need this, but I did.
Thank you
1:51 1:55 ¡Carglass cambiaaaaa, carglass repara! 🇪🇸🇪🇸
Probably the most iconic jingle in Spain.
Lol ad-ception = getting 2 unskippable ads before watching a video with a bunch of ads
Spain just made an Eurovision song kjasdkasjd
one of the most iconic jingles of Spain. we don't have many jingles apart from carglass and flogoprofen LMAO flogoprofen is a pain relieving cream
Spanish one hits different, the vacation on tenerife was better than on rhodes rn XD
My top 5:
1. Netherlands 🇳🇱
2. Germany 🇩🇪
3. Norway 🇳🇴
4. Spain 🇪🇸
5. Greece 🇬🇷
So, my friend and I started a company in Dungeons and Dragons called MendFriend. Every session we pick another language to sing our heavily plagiarized jingle in. ✨ MendFriend repareert, MendFriend vervangt ✨
It's honestly such fun.
🇮🇹🎵🎶CARGLASS RIPARA🎶🎵CARGLASS SOSTITUISCE 🎵🎶
"Sono Dino di Carglass! Pensate che questa scheggiatura sia troppo piccola per darvi problemi? Scopriamolo insieme: quando fa caldo, si accende l'aria condizionata e... 💥💢"
🔝😂😎👍🏻
“Et voila” - Oliver
Greece probably needed to work the jingle more, Norway just said fuck it, and Netherland gets points for creativity.
very strange that some of these are in 3/4 and some in 4/4.
I love the New Zealand one just chilled.
Seems about right
Had no idea this jingle was outside of Canada, found out while watching tv when in the states 😭
I honestly thought it only existed in our country… Over here it’s called Autoglass…
I thought the same with Safelite
Yeah but AUTOGLASS REPAIR AUTOGLASS REPLACE is a huge meme in the UK
Lmao me too I was in Miami in the hotel and saw the commercial and was like wtf! And it lead me down this rabbit hole
The fuck is speedyglass 😭
Estonian is honestly so underrated
Carglass cambia, carglass repara🗣️
Fun fact: In English, it's generically "car glass" and in German it's "Autoglas". However, D'Ieteren/Belron's windshield/windscreen repair operations in the UK are called "Autoglass" and in Germany "Carglass" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belron .
in the usa it's called "safelight"!!
Nope, in the UK it's Autoglass
@@MrManningata I made a typing error, which I just corrected, thanks. I just find it interesting that the UK uses the German term, and Germany uses the English term.
why did the first spanish singer put so much sauce on it? she was sangin that like she was auditioned for the voice.
Netherlands/Dutch sounds like a GTA mission place sound 🤣
Funfact in Germany its called Carglass (English) and in UK its called Autoglass (German)
the reason i choose to wake up every day
"Safelite repair, safelite replacement" same jingle it seems. At least lithuanian can be completely translated the same.
The same translation is also in French (and possibly other languages)
i've noticed that the australian one isn't in this one, that's a bummer
regardless tho, this surprised me to find about today. as an american, i didn't know safelite was owned by a company that used this jingle for all its subsidiaries.
2:02 is Iconic For me
Carglass touche touche LMAO

Bonjour , je suis Olivier de Carglass .

Üdvözlöm! Dani vagyok a Carglass-tól.
In the UK we have Gavin!
0:54 Bonjour, Je suis Frédéric de chez Carglass
(2:09) Hi, I'm Gavin from Autoglass
okay, but which one came first? 👀
Everybody from their home country saying their version of the jingle is the most epic 😂
I kinda want to replace my car glass now even though i don't need to.
I (an American) am just learning that Safelite is a thing all over the world.....AND EVERYONE ELSE CALLS IT CARGLASS OR AUTOGLASS.....WHY DONT WE CALL IT THAT? Where did Safelite come from?
Safelite was an existing company founded in 1947, and acquired by Belron in 2007. (Belron owns all the other companies too, including the original "Autoglass" which was a UK acquisition in the 1980s.) They presumably just felt the brand recognition was too good to change the name.
I don’t get why I watch this video every day...
Autoglass repair Autoglass replace
No I get it. Because these jingles are great. 😝
I love the fact that it is originally dutch.. and it is CAR GLASS.. it’s english, and than the UK is like:”nah we call it AUTO(dutch for car) GLASS”. Because why should we use our own language if every other country is using it. 😂😂😂😂
Auto is short for automobile. A synonym for motor vehicles of basically all kinds.
The thing with the norwegian one is that its a separate brand that happens to be owned by belron.
Why is no one talking about this 0:53 one? It’s so nostalgic 😭

Croatia with the perfect tuning what the heck
When it’s the one of Lithuania I can hear “Carglass your mom”
Belgium one is very fancy
I love how all of the Eastern European versions sound so brutal in comparison
As an Eastern European I think the same about rest of Europe jingles
My girlfriend love when I sing her this 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
ps. which version do you sing?

0:53 France speak French and english
1:52 this sounds like AKB48 and looked like a Japanese accent, but still sounded like spain.
No, that's the average Latin American accent. I'm not sure what you're on about.
@@GoldenDaggerProductions looks like some AKB48 vocals, but they speak Spanish
In fact Japanese and Spanish phonetics are very close, being such different languages.
Autoglass and Carglass but no PG Glass? For shame.
Ahhh the finnish🥰
Estonia is better
The Spanish ones have some soul to them.
Who is here because of the Jeremy vine show prank call 🇬🇧🇬🇧🤣🤣🤣🤣🇬🇧🇬🇧
Netherland one was the best 😄
Australia (O'Brien) Has Left The Chat
Why the fuck am I watching this?
These jingles are so catchy
Typically Denmark / Sweden trying to be "international" is the only region outside English speaking countries without a local jingle. It's like that with many commercials in Scandinavia. I guess the Danish would be really clumsy for current jingle "CarGlass reparerer, CarGlass skifter ud". It could work with a sligh change of tune..
Full version of all:
Catalan
Croatian
Czech
Danish
Dutch
English
Estonian
Finnish
Flemish
French
Georgian
German
Greek
Hebrew
Hungarian
Indonesian
Italian
Korean
Lithuanian

Mandarin (Taiwan)
Yes plzz! Also someone needs to make fake versions/mockups for the countries where this jingle doesn't exist (Chinese, Mandarin, Thai, Indonesian, etc)
We all know the Netherlands sounds the best
So what does Carglass do exactly?
It repairs and it replaces
Carglass repareert, Carglass vervangt
As the jingle says, they either repair or replace broken windshield glasses on cars. They can repair only small "chips", no bigger than a 2 Euros coin, by injecting a special transparent gel in the chip. At the end, this filling , along with the chip, are almost invisible.

Also need to add the first speedyglass one that was great
Spain sounds like it's been sang by a Vtuber
This is LIT video!!! 😊👌🏿👌🏿🥶🥶🥶🥶
What's with Canada and New Zealand being so different when it comes to the name?
My guess is that Belron (the company behind Carglass, Autoglass,…) acquired a local business and just kept the name
Had no idea how much it varies across the world
Chilean here. Carglass chilean operation used Spain #1 jingle for their radio ads
At this point, the only thing preventing the next world war is the Carglass jingle
I’m Dutch but the uk one sounds the best
