Not many companies share trade secrets, It's the hard work that they know many will opt for the pro's to build it right the first time. And these folks got their moneys worth Great job guys!
"Be the water". IMO, this is one of the top 3 knowledge drops on waterfall construction on UA-cam. I've been combing UA-cam videos nature recreation knowledge nuggets for weeks! Its knowledge like this that makes the difference between looking natural and man made.
Since lockdown, I’ve started fixing all the mistakes I made in my pondless waterfall, several years ago. I’m taking it easy today and watching UA-cam, as I slipped on the wet plastic liner and went down hard. I have learned more in this one video, than the rest of UA-cam. Thanks for sharing the “thinking” behind the shapes and flow of the cascades. Thanks from Ireland 🇮🇪
Wow was also the first word on my mind after seeing the finished planted waterfall. Thank you once again for such an inspiring video, your passion and drive to create ultimate water-features!
Absolutely love this channel! I've always loved homes with water features, but growing up in the city, and the inner city at that, I never saw many, let alone got to see the behind the scenes process of making these awesome mini waterfalls! I watch every video you guys put out, because every water feature is unique and its really cool too see everything from start to finish, and when you add in little tips and insight, it makes me all the more excited for the day when I can finally get one of my own! That day is a long way off, but this is just another goal to work towards! Keep making videos, and maybe 10 years from now you'll be making a video about my own waterfall!
Totally gorgeous!!!! Question - Is there a spillway in addition to the sphere? Two pumps right? Can you explain how you did that? How you plumbed it and where you hid the spillway??? Thanks!
Best Brian-ism - over dig and let the rocks speak to you, then backfill to them. Awesome as usual. Which pump size matched up with the 288 gallons of storage and the waterfall sizes? Looks awesome? Thx.
This is my favorite pondless waterfall, great illustration Chris and Brian, I would use a Skimmer instead of the sphere but never the less this is my favorite!👍
Awesome waterfall! Those spheres look great “starting” the waterfall. Yes, I am a plant nerd, and that’s a good plant selection! Btw, that Aquascape hat that Nick had is pretty cool!
I live in a appartment on the 6th floor. Cant even dream at the moment to have this amazing experience. But I'm curious, you guys have mentioned the run offs in the rain but what is the best way to atleast attempt to approach the excess water in a rain storm, Is there such a thing without loosing your pets and I mean ofcourse in a moderate strom. Love the vlogs they are intresting and informative. Thanks for sharing..
Lovely, thanks for sharing looks like so much work but the end results is always the same, beautiful endings. I love how you can just go to aa nursery and just buy great plants to use, wish we had someone here who does this amazing kind of water fall thing. Do they sell not so expensive water fall pumps? The waterfall sound is lovely. Thanks again for sharing this video, simply amazing and I love it. Bless up!
Whhaaatt??? THIS is one of my top favorite falls of all! With having to start up my pond, I am now wanting to redo my rockwork on my waterfalls! smh lol Phenomenal job!
The genius behind it all comments. I love your work. And I wish I could have you at my place for some pointers. I wish you had more small pond builds so I could get ideas for mine. I don't have access to heavy machinery and rocks. Just what I can pick up in a wheel barrow. It's a 8x11 aquasurge3000 kit pond. Trying to get a bridge over it to my front door with a waterfall and skimmer. Don't know which part should be under the bridge because I want the best flow of water from one end to another. I'm pulling off some crazy ideas and I have never done any of this before. My wife is very nervous. I can't find any Aquascape contractors in the 93635 area.
@@TheBarefootedGardener I ended up building my own pond. It took a while to finish. Still not 100% done, but I have 2 little baby Koi and 40+ goldfish. I made a few mistakes and slowly learning from them. But in the end it was totally worth doing and I would do it all again.
If I had to conjure up an educated guess, with a focal point fountain, thousands of pounds of boulders, gravel, tubing & supplies, and of course the talent to bring it all together, roughly $15k.
Any chance you could post a video on a regular small pond with a waterfall? I’ve built one in the past but it had too many issues. I’d like to see how you would do it.
Ahh!! I need help with mine! Mines 18 years old and last two tenants didn’t upkeep it so I’m stuck trying to fix it. I can’t get the house after fall and stream to run correctly. It’s way easier starting from scratch I think
Hey guys love your product’s and work. I am a terminal disabled vet. Trying to leave my family with a few nice things like creek and pond water fall with two small hybrid big areas? If possible I am looking at top part to be 3 bocks bottom 5. Not sure if possible. Any advice. I have to fix two features a fraudster put in neither ever held water if auto fill off drain in less then 24 hr., he ripped us off for over 12k.
I have subscribed but I didn't right away because of all of the excess camera movement in earlier videos. I see you are still at it. Please learn how to use a camera. I'm sticking with you guys because you do such a great job on your builds. You really do build a good product. Thanks for sharing.

This has been the most helpful video I've seen as a novice attempting a larger waterfall. Thank you.
That waterfall is stunning! Love the explanations into the build process at each stage. It looks so natural.

Turned out amazing. Love the water sphere that gives the kick start effect of the waterfall. Remember “be the water!.
I have to say, this is an amazing pondless.... I generally don't like pondless systems, but this one, is truly amazing!!!! I love it!!!!

This project is cool
Good job. I love it
Wow, makes me wanna redo my pond...
Beautiful job!!!
Great video. Could you tell us what type of foam you use? Thanks!
Great job, how long is the water fall , and how much the capacity of the water pump for 300 gallon, thanks
Legendary.
For me, the sphere looks out of place. Otherwise, easily the best waterfall I have seen on UA-cam.
Super beautiful
You guys are amazing
How much did that cost?
If I had to conjure up an educated guess, with a focal point fountain, thousands of pounds of boulders, gravel, tubing & supplies, and of course the talent to bring it all together, roughly $15k.
Lots🤣
I haven't scanned all the video's but I was wondering how difficult it is to clean up after the Fall leaf drop?
Love it!

That's pretty sweet!

This is amazing I'm planning to build one this size? What size pump did u guys use for this waterfall and sphere?
Hi Richard - You can find all the specs on this build in our foreman notes here: www.aquascapeconstruction.com/foreman-notes
I have subscribed but I didn't right away because of all of the excess camera movement in earlier videos. I see you are still at it. Please learn how to use a camera. I'm sticking with you guys because you do such a great job on your builds. You really do build a good product. Thanks for sharing.
I love your vids.
How much do the home owners generally charge you for doing your hobby on their lawn ?
What is the size for the pondless waterfall? On the aquascape website there is one for 3ft, 6ft, 16ft and 26ft
How do you know when to add water to account for evaporation? Could you use a ball float valve like a toilet tank?
How do you keep these pondless waterfalls clean??? Maybe do a video on that?
Yes how does one keep it clean?
Nice work
The whistling at 13:20 haha
Hi,
Just wondering what size pump you have used?
Great job 👍
Hi Michael - We used four 9PL Pumps. www.aquascapeinc.com/products/9-pl-7000-solids-handling-pond-pump
I'll give it the finger...👍👍👍
BRAVO
Love this! Want one! How much $$?
yes it does.
What was the approximate cost of this waterfall or what would the approximate cost be for something like this?
What happens if you puncture the lining? How do you find and stop the leak?
Talk about the amazon forest
Why does the water in these water features often appear foamy? I assume it dissipates over time but what causes it?
❤ gorgeous 😍
I cant make my ponds look like that i dont have that much money
I'm with you.
👌
We all started somewhere.
True greg👍
I mean how much the length of the water fall
👏!
Cracking
Doesn’t that mound of dirt settle/sink over time?
