Nope its a state government project. Owned and operated by the government of Kerala and KMRL.
The total cost of the Water Metro project is ₹1,137 crore (US$140 million). The KfW Development Bank will be providing EUR 85 million as long term soft loan and the Government of Kerala will be contributing ₹102 crore (US$13 million).
Metros across the country have 50 : 50 funding from Centre & States and KFW Germany has collaborated with Indian Government not Kerala Govt. To fund projects across the country. Why Kerala being a literate state every other person talks like a fool?
