my life is confusing

Heyy, it's been a minute since my last video! I've been caught up with life and working on myself. I wanted to make this video for anyone out there feeling the same way I do. Definitely not alone! And you hit the nail on the head. Life is not about controlling or having a “perfect life” as corny as it sounds you need to embrace your reality and surrender yourself to the present because by removing outlandish expectations you really do set yourself free. But also just don’t think too much, most of the stress and anxiety is just mental, go do things, experience things, make new connections and slowly things will piece itself together! - from another person in their mid 20s
