Hello Paul! 1 Year ago we had the same Snow here. It's cold here but currently no Snow. The Place you picked for portable HAM Radio is perfect for running very long Wire Antennas. Thanks fpr sharing this beautiful Video with us. Hope to catch you on air again soon. 73 de Your Friend Günter, DK5ONV 💯👍🙋♂
Beautiful video guys! Good to see the drive up to the location and your commentary on the area. As a full-time photographer, I really like your detail shots of the trees and the general views. It makes this so much more than a straight live ham working video. Absolutely love the packing up and going away shots!! Great film work and I look forward to more of these through the year. Thanks for braving the weather and good work guys! 👍👏 😃
Thank you so much for such a nice comment and big support! :) i am even happier you enjoyed this video and the nature around :) This was my purpose. 73, Paul
Precioso el vídeo y además una noble forma de hacer radio en plena naturaleza y con una música de fondo digna de una banda sonora de película de cine. Muchas gracias 73.
i have a mag mount now for that 11 meter antenna you have also the HT antenna,i just wanna share mine findings, when you wanna tune it for other band try to slide the sections from the top instead of from the bottom from HT antenna,i see in your video,s you slide the sections from the bottom in,it might not work better for you but for me it works better this way

Great activation and great video quality. I have the Cha MCC as well and it’s a great portable op antenna. I recently picked up the SS17 whip as well. It works amazing as a stand alone antenna with some radials. I haven’t tried it with the MCC yet.

Классно очень красиво и приятно смотреть ! 73 !!!
I came here for SI4732 Pocket Radio review but now I need the Xiegu X6100! I love the wide waterfall view, it looks really helpful.
Also X6200 is very nice radio 😉
Well edited Paul. You are a movie producer 😉
Oh thanks :D
Buenos parajes Bro.
I would love to see you showcase the x6100 with an actual real time setup as you get contacts, using notch filters, or how to tune it.
