Hey looks like you are Missing the Insane Bleach tybw osts i will let one , at 2:45 you will get insane, the switch from orchestral to electric guitar ...ua-cam.com/video/y7jLK65J458/v-deo.html
In this song, MIYAVI collaborated with bassist KenKen. I'm a bit sad people don't really acknowledge KenKen's credit when listening to the song. As much as MIYAVI's guitar, it's KenKen's heavy bass line which makes this song so good.
The great thing about MIYAVI’s songs is that at first it sounds like a basic rock song, but if you listen carefully you’ll notice that it has a really high level and careful techniques, and the composition overall is like a “less is more” type of thing. I really like his songs.
Nice to see you react to MIYAVI!!! Fell in love with his music when I heard the ID:INVADED ending song (highly recommend that anime btw, mystery and psychological).
I went into this expecting him to call it another simple dance track like he did with a few songs I felt were similar. Instead he opened my ears up to sounds and instruments I never noticed before. 10/10 content
WHOA! THANK YOU ALEXANDER123 FROM PATREON INDEED! So happy to hear you like what he does! Miyavi songs I go back to again and again are Butterfly, Samurai 45, Bang and No sleep till Tokyo ~
I have been a big fan of music from my childhood and as I have grown older, my love for music has grown with me too and now to a level where I need it to live. And from there, I appreciate you and your videos so much, it always gives me insights on the music and songs so much, which I have listened to before and from your help, I now notice many things to the songs that I have listened before which I paid attention but didn't understand that much before. So, Thank you so much for your wonderful work.
Getting an analysis on this song just makes me appreciate it more, i already loved it just because of the groove and how funky it is especially when the choir shows up but listening deeper is really cool and I'll be listening deeper from now on
I love this song so much! I’ve listened to it maybe 50 or more times the bass is just sooooo much fun to my ears! It’s kind of the perfect song for the background while doing stuff around the house lol
Looking at the other comments I'm surprised at the number of people who weren't into the anime this is from, Kokkoku, when it was one of my favorites that year. Very happy someone did a Patreon request for this song though so we could get Tangent Tony's insights.
if you didnt know, Miyavi was also the artist for the song Snakes in the Netflix series Arcane (the song was in episode 8) he was also the actor for Finn (that one Chem Baron with the tattoos and golden jaw)
dude I went into the show knowing Miyavi had made a song for the show and when I met that character I had thought he reminded me of Miyavi, funny to find out he actually voiced him
He used to just play music as a duo with his drummer BOBO, and his older songs like Ganryu, What's My Name, are very very cool. There's lots of live video's up on youtube too so it'd be great if you could have a watch of them!
i was on a concert in 2019 and it was amazing! it was a small venue bc i guess germany doesnt really listen to him but his performance was out there. my mom even bought vip tickets bc she knew i loved him and got a hug with him (my mom even said hes hot lmaooo she was kinda flustered getting hugged by him)
omg please react to more Miyavi love your analysis! (my personal favorite album is the one this song is from, Samurai Sessions Vol.2; samurai because he's called the samurai guitarist. No Sleep Till Tokyo is also a nice album. I like his older songs as well but am not the best at picking recommendations)
I absolutely love this song, but not the reason why I keep coming back to this reaction video... I enjoyed watching you nerd out over the guitar play and the way you analyzed it. you might like Miyavi's 'No Sleep Till Tokyo', it has a similar vibe to this one.
Omg didnt expect to ever see miyavi on this channel. This is one of my fave tracks from him. Would recommend checking out what’s my name if you wanna see him actually play the guitar. But firebird and day 1 are other great songs by him
@@Agent_Cobalt beat me to it, yeah that's it. It's not a terrible show like Domestic Girlfriend, more of a disappointment due to an interesting premise being squandered on a very messy execution, for a variety of reasons.
Samurai Sessions Vol 2 on the whole is pretty great! More people are probably familiar with this track because it's related to an anime but I'm not even sure it's my favorite on the album.
Oh, never thought I'd see anyone reacting to this. Thought it was one of the best anime that season and had the best intro of any anime that season. Don't think it was very popular though. Which is odd. Good animation, excellent characters, great plot... honestly, just a really good anime. Not very long either, just 1 season.
Have you watched Arcane? The songs from that are incredible, I'm surprised you don't have a reaction for any of em. "Guns for Hire" and 'What Could Have Been" are my favs but there are others
always loving your video man. u should try listen to " The apothecary diary " opening song. the anime is about food poison taster but the opening song is absolute BANGER!!!
Thank you Alexander123 for the Patreon request!!

Thanks Tony I always wonder how he plays the bass with this song

Oh hey that song that everyone knows from that show that nobody watched
Is it a good Anime?
@@DrumRollTonyReacts Who knows
fr
@@DrumRollTonyReactsit's interesting to say the least but I wouldn't say you need to go out of your way to watch it.
@@DrumRollTonyReactsnah is trash
Bro, Miyavi has soo many bangers but is so under heard of. He was in Arcane as a VA and for the song "snakes"
Yeah Other Side goes pretty hard for an ed
@@Agent_Cobalt I was actually just thinking about that 🤣
wait what was this for the jp dub?

yeah, especially the part when everything kinda goes quiet, then the bass suddenly goes in, giving me goosebumps tbh.
The great thing about MIYAVI’s songs is that at first it sounds like a basic rock song, but if you listen carefully you’ll notice that it has a really high level and careful techniques, and the composition overall is like a “less is more” type of thing.
I really like his songs.
I love when they take the simplest concepts and go crazy with them....
Like Vaundy, if you haven't listened to them yet please do!
Nice to see you react to MIYAVI!!! Fell in love with his music when I heard the ID:INVADED ending song (highly recommend that anime btw, mystery and psychological).
same for me, the ID: ed was my introduction to his music but it's pretty basic for his standards, there are so many bangers
Same here. Id invaded was a cool show imo
ah yes ID invaded dope show
I went into this expecting him to call it another simple dance track like he did with a few songs I felt were similar. Instead he opened my ears up to sounds and instruments I never noticed before. 10/10 content
"It is, but it's not" lol perfect

Thx for the nice comment
ohh yess, Flashback
Miyavi - Butterfly is a must listen for this channel.
the anime for this song is WILD, can't recommend the song and the anime enough. This song has one of my favorite bass lines too, simple but powerful!!
Ayo finally! I love Miyavi and he has some real fun songs that stay on my rotation. I never noticed the difference in the bass before!
When I first discovered this song, it was basically on repeat for 3 days straight, it's such a banger and a feast for the ears
Yoooo, didn't ever think I would see Miyavi's Flashback here
More people need to know about this song

lol i remember when this came out, everyone was talking about the OP but nobody could get passed ep 1 😂
good times 😂
Really really good song, can't wait to see your analysis
I love miyavi's songs. I first heard one in "ID: Invadad" and I loved his music ever since!
Butterfly from his in the anime ID:Invaded was cool too
Miyavi has done a ton of songs for an awesome anime called ID:Invaded, the ending and a lot of the OST, which is how I got into their music!
if you didnt know, Miyavi was also the artist for the song Snakes in the Netflix series Arcane (the song was in episode 8)
he was also the actor for Finn (that one Chem Baron with the tattoos and golden jaw)
That was him?! His English is well educated as there was no accent save for the idea that a metal lower jaw makes speech a bit harder like Stallone.
dude I went into the show knowing Miyavi had made a song for the show and when I met that character I had thought he reminded me of Miyavi, funny to find out he actually voiced him

goated artist
also w Alexander123 for this awesome request
I appreciate that you provided a lot of worthwhile insight instead of just kinda saying "this sounds good" every 10 seconds or so, cool vid
That show is actually pretty good honestly, so good man
LOL I just discovered this song today and have hooked, glad you’re covering it 😅

Absolutely love how you're head bopping along to this track! Miyavi is great!
I remember when I recommended this a long time ago in a live
i thought I would never see you reacting to this
this GOATed opening finally got reacted to
The ending of this show is also great. Sadly the opening is too popular so its got overlooked

I absolutely love this song, but not the reason why I keep coming back to this reaction video... I enjoyed watching you nerd out over the guitar play and the way you analyzed it. you might like Miyavi's 'No Sleep Till Tokyo', it has a similar vibe to this one.
Best op ever
if there is any artist I would want you to see the entire discography of on this channel it would be miyavi. he's brilliant
He needs to react to Running in my head
Check Samurai 45 and Under the Same Sky, both from Miyavi
This is one of the few songs where a repeated chorus does not annoy the hell outta me. It's a damn well done song and it's amazing!
Damn, interesting style!
Miyavi is massive W
I also like Senkyaku Banrai. It's a collaboration between Daoko and MIYAVI
You should totally check out Miyavi's older albums! There's A LOT of guitar in them and it's amazing :')
One of my favorite Japanese artists!
I love Miyavi. Got two albums. His Nirvana cover is amazing as well imo
Omg didnt expect to ever see miyavi on this channel. This is one of my fave tracks from him. Would recommend checking out what’s my name if you wanna see him actually play the guitar. But firebird and day 1 are other great songs by him
absolute BANGER, the show this was an opening for does not deserve it, same situation as Crying for Rain lol
And what show is that? 👀

Kokkoku

@@go_golden Domestic Girlfriend was at least fun bad. Trashy trash
I didn't think Kokkoku was bad, it's got a pretty unique concept and an ok execution. I enjoyed it, at least.
10:17 tangent Tony is best Tony, imo
i just finished kokkoku 2 weeks ago lol
never skip the opening
edit: reading the comment, so.. everyone didn't watch the anime?
i watched 5 eps and it was indeed dog💩 , can't believe i made it to 5 😅
I need another miyavi song reaction
I love the anime too, it's sad there Will be no second season.
Samurai Sessions Vol 2 on the whole is pretty great! More people are probably familiar with this track because it's related to an anime but I'm not even sure it's my favorite on the album.
Dude you have to react to Hana Ni Natte by Ryokuoushoku Shakai. It has some really sick drops
i think you would greatly enjoy some of the ar tonelico songs there is out there :d

You need to react to some The Midnight songs, especially "Deep Blue"
Did u check "Ano bando" from Bocchi the rock?Amazing song with a banger instrumental work
Maybe on Patreon

samurai 45 and no sleep till tokyo by miyavi are awesome
