That is a sweet looking Bike, My Dad has a 73. Got it the year before I was born. Its blue and has been inside its whole life. Still has the original tires on it. Probably time to replace the tires but they seem fine.
I got my dad's ts running with original tires. My first "comfortable" lean into a turn and she slid out right from under me. Foot got caught between bike and pavement and got broken. 90 days later I'm just now comfortable with the idea of cleaning out the carb and trying again. With new tires, of course.
Dude, for this kind of dirt bike, u dont need to revs so much, making the ride not so smooth.... U just need to upshift even at lower rpm and the bike will still run smoothly....
My first bike was a used one just like that
To hear that again brings back a lot of memories

I still have my poor old battered '71 that I have owned since '72.
What a beauty 😍. Sounds so smooooth as well. Tks for sharing.
Beautiful bike and the scenery is amazing! Love the sound of that purring two stroke.
What a beautiful old bike. I had a 78 model. I always liked them, even with that 3 feet long taillight
Thanks Nubbins for your comment. They are great fun to ride these older bikes. This bike is fifty years old next year. Currently for sale 19/04/2020.
I had a 1973 TS 185 and would love to have a TS 250 :) what a nice place to ride :)
The low rpm sounds exactly as my 125 Yamaha DTMX
old Bike 👍😎

Beautiful bike but man, Rev that thing a little bit anyway, it's a 2 stroke Gor God's sake
I think he also forgot to downshift a few times
