Wow how can one be playing stuff like this in an arbitrary key, probably be improvising a bit and singing at the same time. He really is absurdly talented

Eb is not that hard ;) it’s nothing for a trained musician. His musicianship is what makes him awesome. Is creativity, his musical ideas and his abilities to play these crazy rhythmic shifts and harmonic ideas.
But on the technical side it isn’t hard what he’s playing!

@@needlessnoise ever heard of wind instruments? Good players do it all the time ;) it kinda depends on what you're practicing.. But it's true that it is less common for piano players or other rhythm section players. But it's a skill every Jazz musician needs to acquire anyways.
My point is just that there are sooooo many countless players out there who are playing on the level where they can do instant transposing.
It's not that hard really when you play a lot and practice it. It has nothing to do with talent, just with the effort in practicing and with practicing the right stuff.

Would have been impossibly funny if the score was NOT in Eb at the beginning, and as soon as Jacob sais "I'm gonna do it in Eb", the score would suddenly transpose to Eb! :D

Nice transcription. At like 2:55, the Db should be C#, because it's A7 chord
Edit: also that page: 4th & 5th measure, just write B natural, there's no Cb in a G chord
1:35, that 16th rhythm in the right hand is confusing to read, you should probably rebeam that
In the fifth measure on that page, change the F double sharp to G natural, it's just an Am7 chord, no need for that
    Around 2:21, write a D instead of C double sharp, it's a Dm chord with a 9
