How to make more Horsepower! HUGE 122mm Turbo
Вставка

- This is how you make more horsepower. Sometimes it's just as simple as a turbo upgrade. The bigger the compressor wheel, generally the more air it can flow. The more air the turbo can flow, the more power you can make. Assuming you have the right combination of supporting parts like good cranks, rods, blocks, etc. LOL.......More power will always find the next weak link in your program. This is a turbo from Forced Inductions, 122 mm. Yes, you heard that correct..........122mm This turbo is capable of making over 3000 rwhp. Let's put it side by side and compare it's looks to the Precision 118mm turbo.

So Randy’s putting a bigger turbo on the pro mod
Here I am with my foxbody running 302 ci with a $300 ebay 64mm turbo...

Speak English Kowalski!
4.80315 inches of boost making power sir!
Hey John have you ever heard of or used conical seals on a pesky leaking AN fitting? I never needed one or heard of them until recently. They work great.
I have not, I'll look into them. Thanks
If you can't get the car down with the HP you have why not fix that first ?
We have a new plan of attack.........gonna leave harder and try to control it with timing like I do on the back of the track stuff.
And here was I thinking that all the no prep guys have to turn their engines down all the time to handle the lack of grip?
I can't wait to hear that thing spool up ! Awesome !!!!😮
Jose definitely has some bad to the bone turbos. That one is a beast
Apparently Randy has more money…….than sense lol! Good luck guys.
Gonna be making all the BOOST!!
What is 122 the inducer or exducer ?
I need the 118mm to replace my little 107mm.
When is randy not spending hard earned money hahahaha glad to see it running again randy! Can't wait to see tjohn really put some Stank on that 427 billet ford! Lol pro mod randy to the front !!!
I thought they only went to 118 mm how long has this been out?
Maybe Randy let you borrow the 118 .
i remember when 106 was king lol
What were the results of this turbo?
Randy wants to play go fast for the money
I think the turbo is too small 😂😂
I know what it looks like… BIG!!
Eye candy! Not you John. LOL
Perfect! that's exactly what was holding him back! :) :)
Power buddy for real 💪🤘❤
Awesome turbo!🤩🤩🤩🤩
It
It's funny how turbo makers deal in the most internationally recognized unit of measurement. Throws a curve ball to the guys always talking in fractions as most have to get their calculator out to make sense of it 🤣
Awesome turbo John climbing up buddy
That smaller A/R turbine should spool the turbo up quicker and make the boost more manageable as it comes in. Just hope the back pressure isn’t too high. Nice looking piece! The difference in the height/shape of the inlet compared to the Precision inlet is striking.
Randy will be running faster soon.
Is the FIS turbo ballbearing?
When you racing slick Rick
that gray notch is a hell of a start to a project
God, I love that car! 🤤
Cool 😎 !
yea put it to the ground dont see it at all
