I really think that should bring this show back on the TV again, it be good to see Tim Fox, Mark Dixon, Asshley Maddocks again. Theres usually repeats on Spike weekdays at 11:00am and also at 5:00pm.
They can’t bring it back now as the camera operators would die after hitting a bridge and you would have to learn all sorts of languages and waste time with subtitles to understand
I think at the moment that this show is the best show on TV that I have watched about what a company does and how it works for a long time. And from watching this show so far I am certain that I will be able to work for this wonderful and excellent company one day
well if a guy with a 20 year experience and who is considered one of the best in the fleet gets 8£/h, then most likely it is run by Kim Jong-Un...i bet the tanker driver which is over 50k a year job isn't much off
This could have been a good series if they used a different narrator, or this narrator wasn't so bloody dramatic. I watched an episode the other day..omg.... " The temperature has PLUMMETED to -6, the road is icing over, its going to take EVERY ounce of driving skill and concentration to keep this MIGHTY truck on the road" ...... ...... then nothing happens, not even a bit of ice.
5:01 Why on earth is the M25 closed from J19 to J21 Mo needs to go to Barking in East London for 2 DIY experts Unfortunately he has uncompleted his trip today so another driving has to do it and if Eddie Stobart drivers uncomplete their job they are sent out of the big fleet in the United Kingdom so now Mo.s job of Eddie Stobart has come to an end
I’m a truck spotter in my spare time as I’m in school. I don’t just do truck spotting, I also do thefts, frauds and many other illegal things. Don’t tell the cops!
0o0saxo0o0 i was a UK truck driver back in 2005 all i got paid was £8 per hour (not bad money back then) and that was it no extra for mileage. i was driving 500 to 700 miles per day if they paid me extra for mileage id be fucking laughing lol
***** your right its a complete waste of money spending all that money just for the sake of they"re image when it could be going for a few extra quid on the drivers wages it dont make sense really
Haulage industry is very low margins, as is oil. I heard that if a tanker/hgv has a puncture and needs a new tyre (£250) the profits for that vehicle are lost for the day.
steady eddie is always ready to make that delivery on time doesn't matter if it's raining you won't find him complaining for steady eddie that is NO PROBLEM (no problem it's just no problem)
I earn more than that on the buses and it's less stressful. I have a class one HGV and I am still on the buses because why should I drive a 40 tonne wagon for crap money? Plus 15 hour days is no life. I do 12 hour days on the buses but get 3 days off in the week. I'll stay with the buses I think. No wonder the HGV industry need drivers when they work long stressful hours for crap money.
i've always liked stobart ever since i started greeting them as they pass by they have given good repsonces bk ( Stobart if u see this keep on trukin )
Actually, they are not short cabs, they're the standard, max size that they can be within current length regs. A short cab would be a day cab, where the truck is only used for day/shift duties with different drivers and does not have a bed/beds. The cabs you see will accomodate drivers for long distance purposes as far away as Russia for anything from a week to 3 months away at a time. Trailer tyres are super singles, have been since the mid eighties. We never see tandem wheels here anymore. In the Uk we operate at 44 metric tonnes on six axles.
what is your opinion about Eddie Stobart? Here in Hungary almost all company sh*t, they pay you low, they force you to cheat (put magnet to the transmission), they cut your wage if you use too much fuel (so if the wind blows against you they cut it from your wage)... I can speak english well, i am taking my driving license (C+CE) now, so i am kinda beginner, and Eddie S looks very interesing for me. I used to live in London, i saw many Eddie S lorries, and almost all of them are tuned, that means something. But if anyone has experience please tell me! I love England, beautiful country, beautiful landscapes. I'd love to drive there!
I would never drive for a stubborn lad like William Stobart, Turning up in a 60000 Range Rover and only paying his drivers £8/h. Plus the trucks look like actual shit lol.
So Eddie Stobart is in financial trouble . Liquidators Deloitte are waiting in the wings like hungry vultures . Stobart has failed to file official accounts and the future is looking bleak with overseas investors circling. .. Why has this happened to another big name company why has it reached this stage with massive exposure on TV , investing into Rail and Air and this company is one of the most expensive to use .
Refer to 20:30 and you'll see why I prefer buses to HGVs. To drive an HGV for £8 per hour is crap. I drive buses for £10.51 per hour and it is so much easier because all I do is go from point A to B and back to A and I get to go home at the end of the day and sleep in my own bed. I also get several days off in a week and many other benefits. I paid to get my HGV and wish I hadn't. Biggest regret ever. I am so glad I went back to bus driving. HGV is SHIT. Don't do it.
William Stobart arrives looking untidy donning the worst combover and highlighting job ever. Desperate to hold onto his 80’s youth. Don’t worry Bill, we were all admiring the handles pointing left on the cups to notice you look silly 👍🏻
American drivers get 14 hours on duty time, 11 hours drive time, & 8 hours before we have to take a 30 minute break. 8 hours is plenty enough time to get 2/3 deliveries made. 4 1/2 hours is crap!
Keeping a vehicle clean is a must. I did some shunting work for the 1st time last night and my hands got filthy from the state of some of the vehicles. The company I did the work for is a well known company and when you start there they give you the impression this is a great place to work, then you see the state of the yard and vehicles. No lie a few of them stunk of piss, one had the air bag missing, a few stunk of marijuana. How the fuck do some people work like that I don't know. They go out in pairs and both driver and porter don't give 2 fucks about the state of the vehicle.
Ha ha Mo Golding hasn't done that delivery in Barking East London That means he finishes very early in his day He also said you're coming in with me as well
All that money on company image. and Shit pay to the drivers.! this company sucks!! making 8 pounds an hour, and sitting there facing a 60 pound fine for that company out of pocket.?? Hell No!! Take this Job and Shove it!! no offense to the up loader, thanks for posting
I have always loved Eddie Stobart since I was a kid. :D
same
I used to watch this all the time when I was little! :D
Everytime the narrator says empties his load I cannot stop laughing.
"She knows what the boss wants done" ... A fooken blowski mate
I really think that should bring this show back on the TV again, it be good to see Tim Fox, Mark Dixon, Asshley Maddocks again. Theres usually repeats on Spike weekdays at 11:00am and also at 5:00pm.
Its stopped now they dont bring it on tv
They can’t bring it back now as the camera operators would die after hitting a bridge and you would have to learn all sorts of languages and waste time with subtitles to understand
Hahaha "Can you move your coat off the back of your chair please?!"......WOrking in an office really must be like still being at school.
Im sure Emmy does a lot of things there!
mickeynismocat I’d let her do a lot of things for me too 😁😂
Hey 'o
i saw a Eddie stobart on the m50 when i was coming back from Burton and i just love Eddie stobart
I think at the moment that this show is the best show on TV that I have watched about what a company does and how it works for a long time. And from watching this show so far I am certain that I will be able to work for this wonderful and excellent company one day
Im hooked on this show
Did you see her putting the cups and glasses and office in order for the arrival of the boss? Who runs this company Kim Jong-Un?
*****
she wore her special butt pads for the occasion too , was that for real?
well if a guy with a 20 year experience and who is considered one of the best in the fleet gets 8£/h, then most likely it is run by Kim Jong-Un...i bet the tanker driver which is over 50k a year job isn't much off
You’ll find most head offices are like that.
I see Eddie stobart every Sunday and Monday
He looked like he just jumped out a skip aswell
This could have been a good series if they used a different narrator, or this narrator wasn't so bloody dramatic. I watched an episode the other day..omg.... " The temperature has PLUMMETED to -6, the road is icing over, its going to take EVERY ounce of driving skill and concentration to keep this MIGHTY truck on the road" ...... ...... then nothing happens, not even a bit of ice.
Yes he obviously narrated bloody motorway cops or something before this and everything he says is now dramatic
the narrator is 100% what makes this show so funny.
Just because its dramatic it isnt a reason to hate the program
£8 per hour is a crime
No it is not
Gone up to £9 now..
Here in Ireland they start you on around €13 per hour for new driver's
It’s £80 a day for a 10 hour shift
It’s less than minimum wage
Great videos guy's can't wait for the new one's . Stobart for you .
"Civillian Driver" pretty sure Stobart drivers are Civvies!
They had a military background before they joined the forces or they are just in normal life.
I bet the boss comes in to see Emmy's big round rear end.
5:01 Why on earth is the M25 closed from J19 to J21
Mo needs to go to Barking in East London for 2 DIY experts
Unfortunately he has uncompleted his trip today so another driving has to do it and if Eddie Stobart drivers uncomplete their job they are sent out of the big fleet in the United Kingdom so now Mo.s job of Eddie Stobart has come to an end
Squrrill nuts is a youtuber who plays the euro truck simulator 2 game he brought me into trucks
haha, i also do euro truck 2 sim gameplays ^^
Squirrel FTW :)
David Scott me to
This is like Shneider National, Swift, or even Werner for North America. All 3 companies have at least 30,000 trucks and trailers.
"Eddie spotters"!?
Do these people have nothing better they could be doing?
If people didnt deliver things in trucks, lots of things we wouldn't have.
like leaving mean comments on facebook. ruuuuuuuuuuuuuude
Michael Tomlinson this is youtube mate
Sad basterds
I’m a truck spotter in my spare time as I’m in school. I don’t just do truck spotting, I also do thefts, frauds and many other illegal things. Don’t tell the cops!
We need more videos of Eddie stobbart please
for a company turning over half a billion a year and paying the drivers 8 quid an hour is fucking disgusting they should be paying double that
I am sure every driver gets extra pr mile they drive. At least thats how it works in rest of EU.
0o0saxo0o0 i was a UK truck driver back in 2005 all i got paid was £8 per hour (not bad money back then) and that was it no extra for mileage. i was driving 500 to 700 miles per day if they paid me extra for mileage id be fucking laughing lol
***** your right its a complete waste of money spending all that money just for the sake of they"re image when it could be going for a few extra quid on the drivers wages it dont make sense really
the vomiting vicar i know
Soooo 16? I'd make it at least triple
Paul Butlin do u have all the episode made to date on youtube?
Great trucks great company bad pay
I am a very big fan of eddie stobart trucks and trains and planes
Aye very good would rather drive a bus
STOBART! IS! THE! BEST! I LOVE THE COMPANY I AM YOUR NO#1 FAN!!!!
lol 4 months ago
3:20 I seen Mo Goulding today driving H4949
Stobart driver only earn £8 an hour? What the actual heck.
Millions of pounds are exchanged by logistics companies, so why the pay so low?!
No idea but this show started in 2010 maybe the pay has gone up since then
Because everybody can become a trucking driver
roughly £8.50 day rate with a £15 meal allowance.
Haulage industry is very low margins, as is oil. I heard that if a tanker/hgv has a puncture and needs a new tyre (£250) the profits for that vehicle are lost for the day.
when i was a kid in my car i used to count how many eddie stobart trucks were on the motorway :)
What a great company...!
I’ve heard that Eddie Stobart is on the brink on going bust mid November 2019. The company isn’t the same as it use to be.
They sold up recently to Culina group for £2 billion
20:34 8 pound an hour, lol lovely company to work for as lorry driver, one of the most dangerous jobs in the world
steady eddie is always ready
to make that delivery on time
doesn't matter if it's raining you won't find him complaining for steady eddie that is
NO PROBLEM
(no problem it's just no problem)
Childhood memories
Haha these guys winging and carrying on see how they would go being an Aussie outback trucker🤣
Ah theyed never winge as much as an outback trucker
let`s see You driving in Siberia during muddy, cold and dark November , hot shot
Didn't realise there was only a few tankers
Used to see one of them at Skipton tesco petrol station regular.
DaSquirrelsNuts brought me here
Me as well....
me too
Squirrel is AWESOME :)
Me as will.
Grayson mountford lol
I can understand Mo’s frustration with London, the traffic and nearly getting the ticket.
Whats all this about Squirrels Logistics??!!
youtube DaSquirrelsnuts Euro Truck Simulator
Surely they get more than £8 an hour, if so something should be done NOW,
It's true these people get £8 a day
Think it's gone up a lot now, my sisters boyfriend just got a job as a driver for a not as well known company. He's earning 29k
+Tom Gorton not a day
i think this vid is just awesome thank you for sharing i have just subscribed to your channell
Lol I think the £8 a hour is bs 😂😂I just looked it yup the average salary for a driver is £11.43
This series is a few years old
8 quid an hour, i get more for that on rigids
Talking crap
Nope, sorry.
KingOfHammer no i mean 8 quid is crap
😂 no you don’t
I earn more than that on the buses and it's less stressful. I have a class one HGV and I am still on the buses because why should I drive a 40 tonne wagon for crap money? No wonder the HGV industry need drivers when they work long stressful hours for crap money.
Wow love eddie stobart
Tanker driver doing his first delivery with no eye protection on piss poor
The big question is , will there be a 2020 series ?????
Nope
i've always liked stobart ever since i started greeting them as they pass by they have given good repsonces bk ( Stobart if u see this keep on trukin )
Actually, they are not short cabs, they're the standard, max size that they can be within current length regs.

I love Eddie Stobart
Who knows this from tv burp ?
the blonde bird would get it, fucking stunner
What's with the tiny sleepers on those trucks?
***** We don't need stupidly over-sized trucks like the U.S.
In Europe we have length regulations meaning we use small cabs with long trailers to maximise our cargo space
This is extremely good
I bet they do the Winston Churchill Royal wave to the malcolm logistics drivers lol
Stobart is awesome
what is your opinion about Eddie Stobart? Here in Hungary almost all company sh*t, they pay you low, they force you to cheat (put magnet to the transmission), they cut your wage if you use too much fuel (so if the wind blows against you they cut it from your wage)...

But if anyone has experience please tell me! I love England, beautiful country, beautiful landscapes. I'd love to drive there!
They aren’t tuned. Nothing is custom on them other than the livery
Wonder what Eddie would think of them now what they have dun to his company bet he would be shocked
I would never drive for a stubborn lad like William Stobart, Turning up in a 60000 Range Rover and only paying his drivers £8/h. Plus the trucks look like actual shit lol.
He looks like dick
Paid by the mile or the hour?
8£ an hour? I'd starve.
just like Squirrels Logistic @DaSquirrelsnuts
Eddie stobarts are the best
This is for mo 1 week in lorry and then 6 weeks at home but you do have to do your work to get the money
give it up for crawley . love this show
Anyone know what the music at the start of this is called?
Wonder if mo's found his parking spots he's probably still circuling the m25 looking for somewhere to park
So Eddie Stobart is in financial trouble . Liquidators Deloitte are waiting in the wings like hungry vultures . Why has this happened to another big name company why has it reached this stage with massive exposure on TV , investing into Rail and Air and this company is one of the most expensive to use .
I Love Stobart trucks
Got a hole collection of stobarts fom old to new
did you hear that 20:35??? 8£/h WTF
Traffic next to tesco mo good luck

Don’t worry Bill, we were all admiring the handles pointing left on the cups to notice you look silly 👍🏻
If someone told me to change my shirt I'd whip me tool out and slap em round the chops !
whats the point of being a stobart fan?
they like to see the trucks :) admittedly, they look pretty damn good
You are right, I agree with that. But writting it down when you see a truck and having a list of them?
Keep a record :) So you can eventually tick off the whole fleet. :)
From south Africa would like to work there guys please hire me
Then apply

"he's finally dropped his load"
8:24 complete bullshit .. the NC is always busy it goes from 3 to 2 just prior to Bounds Green and then remains 2 lanes all the way to Beckton.
Go to Eddie Stobart Trucks and Trailers S5 E1 you will see Ashley Maddocks driving through Sutton
Three cables for brakes and two for electrics? Over here there's only two cable for brakes and one for electric.
some also have a xtra power lead for battries on trailer apart from the lead for the lights indicators and air lines
i love eddie stobart
37:05 no comment
is this 15 hour rule thing new?? 11 hours driving per day twice a week...
First time i heard
what channel is this
My uncle I’ll be on here soon ayyy

No
Ha ha Mo Golding hasn't done that delivery in Barking East London
That means he finishes very early in his day
He also said you're coming in with me as well
William needs a f1 team like now
series 1 episode 1??
It’s hard work when. Working for stobart
All those hours living in a lorry only able to see your family one day a week for £8 an hour... bloody slavery the owners need locking up.
All that money on company image.
and Shit pay to the drivers.!
this company sucks!!
making 8 pounds an hour, and sitting there facing a 60 pound fine for that company out of pocket.??
Hell No!!
Take this Job and Shove it!!
no offense to the up loader, thanks for posting
the best trucks is :MAN after is VOLVO FH and ACTROS
ganymedeIV4 Kenworth and Peterbilt are probably the best semi truck manafacturers in North America...
ganymedeIV4 peterbilts are ok, but no ise on european roads
The Question is.
Why do you think that Mo's load from East London is passed on to another driver? Think about his loads of wood and woodchips
Because Mo ran out of hours to do that job.
In Finland we have 25 meter long trucks and Eddie Stobart trucks aren't even close that.
I thought the boss was called Eddie hense why the company is called Eddie stobart
Eddie is Williams father
