This is un true, FF Gigabit and ff busiest home are available to both NEW and UPG customers. The restrictions that could prevent you from getting these services are as follows: 1. Are you in a full fibre area? Not everyone lives in an area that has had their exchange upgraded to accommodate FTTP technology! 2. Have you had a FTTP install done at your property? Although less important as we can organise an install for you (as long as your local exchange is ready for FTTP). To get Full fibre products you NEED an FTTP set up. I hope this helps explain things a bit! P.S. use a little logic, it doesn’t make sense from business sense to prevent people from ordering higher end, and subsequently higher value products. They would Just be cutting their own profits
Very disappointed with EE store branch in Taunton Somerset. Ending up paying for extra number which they didn't cancel even it is still under 14 days return policy

Hey man, are you going to review the EE Askey HH20C router? I can’t find anything online about it :L
Haven't been able to test it just yet.
Can do a full review of virgin media 2gb full fibre service?
We might do someday. You might find our broader review of Virgin Media useful in the meantime - you can find it on our channel.
Thanks so much.@@broadbandsavvy

EE is the worst broadband service in the world. Abysmal connection, constantly cutting out and the customer service is non-existent.
Yes I'm experiencing the same problem at the moment 😕
It's bullshit you have to sign in every 5minetes
Do not get ee
Why?
