I don't know how to draw but I love fashion design and this year I must be in college how I can I do ?

1. You can join an institute that trains you to be able to be skilled enough to join top fashion colleges
2. Apply for fashion college entrance exams
3. There are many small businesses in the fashion industry. Approach an owner and get to know about unpaid internships in things like fabric selection, pattern making etc., if drawing isn't your main skill
4. There are many courses available online to learn drawing and skills. The paid ones are good but if you can't afford them videos such as this one on youtube are a pretty good start aswell. If you get certifications from certain online courses (these'll mostly be paid), you can approach companies to hire you, or start your own brand.
All I can say is even if your supposed to be in college, its better late than never, so start learning!💜 Also, learning this stuff requires a lot of time, patience and practice, so simply loving fashion isn't the only thing that matters here haha, you gotta put in them blood sweat and tears. Anyway I hope ya found this helpful and all the best for your future!💜
