Everyone personifies everything that is awesome about Australia/Australians!!!! (I think everyone on the east coast of Oz should be required to take a vacation/holiday there to get back to their roots....) And extra love and respect to the Indigenous people from a Coastal Native American! : )

Well done to everyone in this video! I just got home from my first visit to Broome and met lovely, friendly people everywhere. I'm already planning my return visit next year! (And this will be my 'feel happy' video from now on) :)
Happy Broome What a great song and video! I lived in Broome 35 years ago, when it was hundreds of km of corrugated dirt road to get there and you were greeted by a DC3 aeroplane (the info' centre) parked on the side of the road. The only thing at Cable beach was a caravan park, and there was a prison right smack in the middle of town. Ha ha the prisoners would just walk through the gate to get they're ball back , and kick it back over the wall then trot back inside, only in Broome! Oh and the great fun had by all , Fridee nights at the Roebuck hotel . From the friends to be made on "hippie" beach.to the great fishing off the deep water wharf, a magic place with beautiful people, and it looks even better now. see yuz ,I'm comin' soon!
Happy Broome Oh, and a serious warning to anyone planning to visit Broome. All the local are 100% troppo , as this video proves, and it's contagious. Be warned ,you may never be the same again
And we'd love to have you! There are daily flights to Broome from Perth or weekly flights from Melbourne or Sydney which all have international connections. Hopefully see you soon.
you will love Broome. So much to see and do. Cable Beach is fantastique! Peak season is April to October. I've been there in mid November (offpeak) and also in July (peak). I loved both times . If you like being warm and love swimming in a tropical ocean and friendly people, then Broome is for you. And it's in Australia too, so you have the security of a Western country.

We were in Broome when Happy Broome was in the making, Was lucky enough to be included. We had a great holiday. Now back home in Geelong.

We did make it back to Broome. We did a cruise around Australia which included a day in Broome. We went for a walk and the memories flooded back
