Wow, thank you so much for sharing this! So many people on UA-cam show the before and after of their new homes but this was nice to watch because you don’t see the in between phases often. The house is gorgeous and will look stunning when you’re done with it. Congratulations! 🤍
Ahhh it's all coming together!! Looks sooo good and I love seeing the progression of house renos! The kitchen looks like the biggest transformation yet! Such a good job Eryn :)
I'm sure you'll want to bring the surf, sun/outdoors into your home with some great beachy/surf art maybe on the walls over the stairs, can't wait to see more home decor progress in the future 🥰🌊☀️😍
For any pictures, I recommend getting some lighting that you hang above your art like they have in galleries! Specifically gold to keep with the beach theme. I got one on Amazon and it really makes your artwork/living area looking bougie on a budget! 🤩 And when framing large canvas I love how floating frames look. It's also super easy to do it yourself. For the stairs, maybe display prints you've picked up on your travels? In black and white to make things cohesive and dramatic. Also, def put a shelf situation in the space near the fireplace. Maybe stick to the light wood you have throughout your house. Open shelf on the top area, and maybe a bar cart situation on the bottom with cabinets? That way the top is aesthetically pleasing and the bottom area is functional when you want to hide things 🥰 Also, to go with the vibe of an island home a rattan peacock chair is a must! Last but not least I like having a signature scent for new places, especially when guests arrive. Personally I use the Volcano candle from Anthro before I have friends over, and they always feel cozy/at home. I also set out a "guest camera" for when people come over. So they take pictures to make their mark on my place. Okay I'm done! Decorating a new place is so fun and I'm excited for you!

For the opening in the wall next to the fireplace I directly imagined built in shelving. So it kind of looks like a built in bookcase. I think it would look amazing 😊

Great flooring and great kitchen! As for the opening next to the fireplace it would be a great bookcase with light wood or white shelves.. for the stairs it would be great to have posters like a story when you escalate, something like marinemarcus illustrations that I have seen on instagram and I think totally suits you..

I love your house, it looks so nice and cozy. Please don’t get rid of the rose bushes, they are stunning and people would pay sooo much to have them like that!
Kitchen and stairs look great ! I want to do the same, moving into my place next month but not sure how much new counter tops and back splash would cash along with laminate or wood stairs
Love your condo your and just have a suggestion. A pergola for your outdoor patio would be nice to hang the string lights and maybe even some flowy curtains for a romantic feel while also providing shade during the day. Just a thought 🤗

Hanging some of your favorite oceanic movies on the empty walls going upstairs would look really cool and different. They make full size movie print posters that would be perfect.

A built in bookcase would look fantastic in the living room. Paint it all white and have lights built into it with adjustable shelves. That way you can switch it up with decor especially for the holidays. Speaking from experience here :)

Love your house! I know that you are big on cutting out plastic as I am too I noticed you use Tide laundry detergent have you thought to check out laundry sheet detergents they work amazing! I use the brand Febu its all natural organic and vegan and 100% plastic free it works so good too. Just thought I would let you know! Love all your videos and your house is sooo beautiful! 🙂

Wish you could share your financial knowledge. I'm trying to get my own condo too but the process is a lot. I live in OC so i feel the condo prices are similar haha. You've managed to make your condo super cute! The ones i've looked at are HIDEOUS haha. No light, outdated counters and bathrooms, little rooms. This is tough.

You have a beautiful space with beautiful light. I suggest a minimalistic approach. Quality verses quantity. One painting on a wall nothing else...no shelves with a painting etc...one painting or wall elements that you feel good about. Book shelves can cause clutter. Put all cluttering things inside closets or shelves you cannot see.....categories, even plants....make a special place for them, not everywhere if it causes clutter. At the end, it’s your home, enjoy decorating how you love it! Nobody’s opinion or suggestions matter🙏🇨🇦❤️🌈🌎🌺🦋🏄♀️
