Hole 4 is pretty cool and its actually the answer to one of the fox hunt clues. They basically show you how to do the bank shot for this hole in the fox hunt clue. Sneaky!

It's been out for 4 or 5 days. If you bought it and have fully updated the game you should be able to play it.
