@@RG-vl9dl um no, they had their tents and shades set up on the side of the road, he went the wrong way, he fucked up, it's just a race it's not life and death he should have backed up like a big boy realizing he fucked up and not take the chance that there could have been a child sleeping in that tent, hence why he was disqualified. He's a piece of shit in my book.
If you put a tent that close to a race course your an idiot. If you put your child in the tent, id say thats child endangerment and your still an idiot. You would probably get mad that they dusted you out too.
@@phillbob5336 while I agree fans post up too close to the course, he left the course and like most forms of racing should have re-entered at the same place he exited. If it was another permanent obstacle there he would have turned around or backed up. Still a douchebag move and it sounds like SCORE thought so too and that what really matters.

I would of contacted the authorities and showed them the video and pressed charges against the kid! He did not care at moment for anyone’s safety! In fact It wouldn’t surprise if he already has an arrest warrant on him!
This is the organizations fault for allowing spectators to camp on the fucking race course or next to it

Have you seen all footage? Probably not. One of the locals moved his camp tent and waved him through.
@@brianwills4398 you can see the local guy moving hands and saying “no” he tried to take the tent out of the way seeing that the driver was not backing down.
Totally bad, there could be people inside those tents.
There should be a time penalty so it’s better to back down and take the correct road than to risk people’s life.

@@AmmoPack Wich other videos are you talking about? Please link it..I've seen a few and there's one vid where the guy waves his hands and stops the driver, rips the tent down and clearly waves him through. I'm not defending anyone but I've raced desert my whole life and things happen really fast.

Uh... he went the went down the wrong road and then drove over tents to get back oncourse. Don't think the people were wrong here. That was a stupid move on his part. I believe he was disqualified from the race for doing this.
