I have dissecting cellulitis and I know a couple of people with it who served in the army we were on doxycycline for a couple years and had enough. We’ve been doing experiments with it different diets and what not. Mine was so severe I couldn’t lay on a pillow without pain. What the three individuals and myself found out that worked for all of us keto, diet or something similar with low carb and zero sugar took all pain away and there was no more bumps filled with puss. One guy had hair grow back where the scars were, but that didn’t happen for me. When We added carbs back into the diet sandwiches, noodles etc. we began getting small bumps back. When we added the sugars like energy drinks, ice cream etc. the pain came back. I don’t know if it would work for everyone I’m not a doctor nor are any of my friends who have it. But we were tired of meds and so experienced with diets and low carb zero sugar diets seemed to help all of us. We didn’t even have to take additional meds. But it might not work for everyone I don’t think a study has really been done on it professionally with the keto diet or a low carb zero sugar diet. I’m just speaking from what my buddies and I decided to do to see what would happen

My best friend has it.. he thinks his anti depressants might have something to do with it.. have you ever had anti depression meds or similar.? He’s said he’s going to try the zero sugar diet.

I have dissecting cellulitis too and I agree that there's something to keto. Just as you said when I cut out carbs and sugar the swelling goes down. The largest one that I've had which in the doctor's own words "was the size of a golf ball" is now none existent. Though it took awhile due to my struggle with dieting.

try 1 week just water and beef. steaks, or beef joints, or beef ribs, etc. no sauce. no alcohol. lemon and lime are ok for me squeezed into the water...
