What a very elegant and affordable watch, just purchased one yesterday. Thanks for a perfect review on this watch. This is an everyday wearing watch. 41 size is a perfect fit for myself.
I have the same watch. I bought 2022 "un-worned" about 8 months ago it at the peak of the grey market however, I see that the price on Chrono 24 hasn't decreased that much.
I would go for the Wimbledon. Coz it's iconic, unique and there is no homage watches to it. I think it has better value too. But these are just my opinion.
I've heard of that rumour too but I'm not too sure if its true. I won't be surprise if it is. The DJ41 is due to an update since the OP was updated last year.
Is there something wrong with your DJ? At 4min 50 you change the date using the minute hands and the 6 changes to a 7 but the 2 doesn't move? Or is it just some clever editing by yourself?
@@keepitraw1 Yeap I've also done a video talking about the new dials Rolex introduced during that time. Cant's say Im a big big fan on those 2 dials though
My Dad just gave it to me as a present i will forever take care of it , thank you for this wonderful review ! ❤️
Wow...I'm so touched... seriously. That's probably your dad's love language. Congratulations there. Wear it well and wear it proudly.
What I want to know is when it was released? And what was the initial amount which it costed for curiosity purposes
You mean when did this design first come out and what was its initial retail price?
@@watchat888 exactly
Just purchased this watch from my local AD oyster bracelet, 41mm white gold with fluted bezel like yours. So so excited 😁
Wow wow wow.... congratulations there Ryan Brough. Let me know what you think of me once you had it for a week and a month. 👍🏻😉
@@watchat888 thank you I will do!
@@watchat888 hello, update is I couldn’t like it more!
what was the price?
@@lebronnaumoskinn £8,250 I think

Congrats there. Wear it with good health.
i just bought one too

I think even at this time, it is holding well.
How many extra band pieces do you get with this watch?
What do you mean band pieces? You mean the strap? It only comes with this bracelet.
Beautiful watch! This is definitely the best looking configuration for this dial!!
Got it as a present 2 days ago🥰 couldn‘t be happier
Wow...
Congratulations there Consti Ernst. Couldn't be happier for you too. 👏🏻
Who got it for you? A friend or a relative?
Aunt and uncle for finishing my degree:)
@@constiernst6528 what a good present
Do you think the 41mm will fit a 6.75" wrist?
Trying to decide between the Wimbledon dial or black dial in thesame model
I would go for the Wimbledon. Coz it's iconic, unique and there is no homage watches to it. I think it has better value too. But these are just my opinion.
Go for the blue dial...fluted bezel, jubilee bracelet in white gold....ahhhhh....so nice.
do you think it looks better on a jubilee?
Hey Runescape2021, my personal preference is the oyster bracelet. It looks sportier that way.
I have an Oyster bracelet and bought an aftermarket 904 SS Jubilee. The best of both worlds.
Nice video. I just got mine today, with a jubilee bracelet. It looks so nice
Thanks mate and congratulations on your new haul. The dial is a stunner isnt it?
Great review. One of my favourites amongst the Datejust 41 models.
Yeah. Its something different.
Got this piece from the AD last week just need some tickets for the tennis now
Congratulations there. Wear it with good health. This is an iconic piece. No better place to wear it than at a Wimbledon game 😉
Great video. I agree
Thanks there buddy 👍🏻Have a good day.
Are the rumors true that the Wimbledon models will get discontinued?
I've heard of that rumour too but I'm not too sure if its true. I won't be surprise if it is. The DJ41 is due to an update since the OP was updated last year.
@@watchat888 I hope they don't discontinue it just yet until I get my hands on one first. 😭
@@Mendark13 Your prayer has been answered. Its not discontinued yet. Now you can even get it on a 36mm.

😅 It's probably the editing. I didn't realize it has that effect until you brought it up. Good eyes there Matthew Hough. 👍🏻
There is also a 36 mm with this dial. I ordered it
Congrats there. 36mm Wimbledon is a new model 2021. Good choice there.
@@watchat888 there are also 2 special dials in 36mm which are not available in 41mm.

good investment?
Hahaha it was good. 👍🏻
What did u pay for it mate?
Looking at getting one for £9,200
How much for new set in Malaysia?
Prices on this has gone crazy. If you are talking about the grey market, i think its above RM50K now.
Good Review.
Thanks buddy.
@@watchat888 I just found the Sinn 104 in green, new release (looks a bit like ‚lawn green‘). I actually prefer that model over this Rolex...
Either Singaporean or Malysian talking - hehe
I got to see the Wimbledon in the steel and I can confirm it's just as ugly in real life.
Haha...i guess it appeals to different people.👌🏻
