This is an incredibly easy meal Katie. Lol.
Make sure you've got a meat thermometer though, and remember that the steaks will continue to cook once you've removed it from the heat source(carry-over cooking) So depending how everyone likes their steaks, the cooking times will be different. I prefer my steaks rare so they take the least amount of time, especially to how my mom likes hers at well-done.
Tons of butter and garlic.(minced)
You'll need it for the steaks, potatoes and the asparagus. Oh, fresh baked bread and salad too.
I will make an apple crumble for dessert to end the meal perfectly.
