Pat Mcgrath ships ultra fast to the UK & I've never had any concerns with my orders. But then, they should. For example, that $65 palette is £62 in the UK, which equates to $75. And PM accepts returns. UK makeup retailers don't ever accept returns, except in extremely rare circumstances.

I think the matte palette is great for people to use with their mothership palettes! Cause it has lighter shades that I can use as a fair skinned person as transition and blending colours.
So true, that was the only palette I purchased. It's a good basic matte color story. The others were disappointing to me personally just because we get so so many of the same colors. It is pretty though. :(
I have 0 pat mcgrath palettes but want to get into the brand. Should I get these new palettes since a lot of her palettes have the same color story or should I get something else?
@@weenie4852 You can, but her Mothership is the real way to experience why her brand got her knighted by the Queen of England. Morgan (and other youtubers) have rankings that could help with the decision on your first purchase if you decide to take the leap.
@@weenie4852 If you have the budget for it, the motherships are truly amazing. But I wouldn't pay full price because she often has sales. PMG is really known for her glitters, rather than mattes (although her recent mattes have been very smooth and nice). I wouldn't indulge in these as your first palettes. They are quite expensive for what you get for! These are more PMG collectors or people who hate glitter but enjoy her formula.

The matte palette is a perfect companion to the other two palettes. There are 3 warm shades for the warm palette and 3 cool shades for the rosy palette. I like that the matte palette as a companion allows for greater depth in the outer corner.

Wow, I think these shades are SO pretty! I'm more of a Neutral shades gal (beiges, browns) for my blue eyes, but I can appreciate shades like this, and sometimes apply a burgundy-ish shade, lightly in the upper crease, at the end of my eyeshadow look, which stands out slightly above the rest of the neutrals, really adding interest!

Great to see that the mattes swatch not so good but they work really well. And I never saw Pat with those pale mattes, now I need the matte one.

I think the more dry matte swatches definitely have to do w this formula being made in the US. I rarely purchase eyeshadow from PML, but when I do I only purchase her Italian formula.
I bought the pinky palette and the matte one. I always use glitter glue with any metallic shade because I have hooded lids, and it really amps up the shimmer. Iconic infatuation applied beautifully, I was so so impressed. The mattes aren’t incredibly pigmented so they blend a lot easier. I am trying the matte palette tomorrow because I have a work event where I’ll need a simple makeup look that will wear well from morning until very late.
Phew! I was starting to regret not getting the second (warmer) palette, but I have the Star Wars golden one. Glad to see they’re so similar!
I'm gonna be real with you this collection is so underwhelming to me 😂 but I'm glad a lot of people are enjoying this collection it is very pretty, your eye looks are awesome!

Hey Morgan. Take this as one person’s opinion but if you need to be more gentle with your eyes, consider skipping lashes. Personally I don’t GAF about them. I would never wear them and would rather see a nice eye look without them. Whatever you do is great. Just a thought and thanks for your hard work.
I put on the false lashes so I wouldnt need to put on mascara to show a completed look! The mascara is what makes me rough on my eyes for removal when I do multiple looks!

Personal opinion, but Lisa Eldridge liquid eyeshadow is perfection, beautiful sparkly colours that last all day, and they’re cheaper! 😊
Morgan, great review as always. Love the look, but I passed on the entire collection and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I agree same old color story and color family. Thanks for the amazing comparisons. Because although not exact dupes let’s be honest on the eyes they look the same. Those subtle variations are not noticeable on the eye. This review just saved me a ton of money, lol. I'll pay the dollars for the made in Italy Mothership palettes but considering the size of my PML and eyeshadow collections in general, I know I have all these shades already. Pretty, but nothing special. I want more blitz astral quads!

I'm new to your channel & I LOVE how you do multiple looks. I also love how you did clips of the cream shadows individually. As someone who has to make choices of what I really want to put in my collection & cannot buy everything I appreciate that a lot.

My order came today, too! Woot! I got the lightest palette and the matte palette. I really liked the bright, warmer palette look you did. I wish I’d gotten it, too! I’m so excited to have some lighter mattes in Pat’s formula and to have different undertones all in one palette
I waited to hear reviews to get the liquid shadows. I hope the colors I want come back in stock quickly because I can’t wait to pick them up!! I’ve seen some folks online say the more you buff them with a brush the more sparkly they get.
They are almost the exact same price as Lisa Eldridge’s liquid shadows but Pat’s have more than twice the amount of product.

Great review & thanks for the comparisons! Got mine today too. I brought Sublime Seduction palette and 2 liquid eye shadows in Platinum Bronze and Bronze. I can probably dupe the eye shadows but glad to have it for travel. All your looks were very pretty!

I grabbed two of the palettes (1st & 3rd in your video) and was one of the people excited about an matte palette because I have 50 year old eyelids. 😅
I totally knew going in that the all matte palette would be a companion palette for me because a lot of the shades are the same depth. Anytime I pull out one of my Pat McGrath palettes that only has one, if you’re lucky 2, matte shadows I will definitely be pulling this one out.

You have to tap the liquid shadow out with finger to show the shimmer particles. Otherwise they look to thick. They are beautiful. Mine arrived yesterday.

I ordered the Iconic Infatuation palette, and I’m really glad I did, because it’s beautiful. I love the look you did with it, and it’s so stunning on your eyes! The warmer palette looks really pretty on you too. It makes me wish I’d ordered that one as well. In the promo pictures, it looked really orange and I didn’t think it would look good on me. I’m not really a fan of the velvet palette though. I have to agree that the colors are quite dark.
I haven’t received my palette yet. Actually, I had ordered the Sith Seduction palette from the Star Wars collection, and I was sent the Divine Droid palette by mistake. I returned it two weeks ago, and haven’t heard anything yet from customer service. All I want is the palette I ordered! It’s incredibly frustrating.
I was able to get the all Matte palette and the gray shad in the liquid eyeshadows I’m not an all matte girl but I have some Pat pallets and I can mix and match so no worries

I decided to try my luck and hopefully will be able to purchase these at Marshall's at a discount. I know it won't be for a while but if I can get them for $25 each I'll be happy.
I tried Pat McGrath years ago and her eyeshadow just didn't look work very well on my eyes but her lipstick and liners are my favorites. I did get a small purple palette of PM and that one didn't look to bad
I ordered the matte palette Velvet Liaison from this collection and it came in THREE DAYS! Somebody at PML heard our moans and groans about shipping delays. I have similar colors in my Motherships but this one can travel with me.
I was also soooo shocked at the shipping!

Thanks for your review. I have the two Christmas 5-pan palettes, and I see that writes off any point buying one of these. The others are warmer than I anticipated, so I won't buy any of these palettes barring a review from someone else giving me a different impression of them.
Thank you Morgan for again such a thorough review!! The eyelooks turned out gorgeous. Even though PM is repetitive they are stunning quality. The green kaki liquid caught my eye the most, that one is an unique shade! I’m curious to the wear time and if it creases on the eye! 29 USD is a lot of money for 1 liquid but it’s cheaper than the CT singe shadows and the LE liquid eyeshadow, sooo :) I’m intrigued by the rosy colored palette, but I have the holiday quint already and they do seem very similar!! So thank you for the comparison😇 I might pick this up in future, but then when she has sale! I think the price is too high for what it is. I got both of the holiday quints for €44,- (!) during Black Friday. Love from the Netherlands❤️

Iconic Infatuation is beautiful although I already have that color story multiple times
The liquid eyeshadow seems to be quite similiar to the Lisa Eldridge ones, both made in Italy, both shelf life six month. I own some of Lisas and they are as easy to use. They retail in Europe for 23 Euros and although you get less product I will stick to those. It is impossible to use up Pats amount in six month.

I read somewhere here in this post that the LE are similar in price but they contain a lot less product than the PM ones.
The first liquid eyeshadow looked like concealer at first lol. Once you dimmed the light I could see the metallic in it.
Morgan, I'm curious as to how the mauvey palette compares to her Voyeuristic Vixen quad? Because I'm torn between the two! Yeah, I'm a mauve eyeshadow lover, too.

PS … as far as the liquid shadows I did see another video where the UA-camr really rubbed & blended out the shadows & the glitters were very pretty & prominent ❤ the only difference for her was that she noted that they set rather quickly & Morgan said the opposite 😅 that could be batch differences or differences in skin & or if they are used on bare lids or over primers or powder shadows 🤷🏻♀️ who knows ! I’ll def try them out & see .. but fingers are best but they do blend with brushes too & I think a little goes a long way in terms of blending them & they build nicely too ❤ hope this helps 😘🥰❤️🫶🏼

OK having seen your review I’m glad I didn’t pick any of them up. I was most tempted by sublime seduction from the launch pics cause at thought it was more brown and gold, but it’s still quite pink (though more peachy pink). I can live without these ones I think.

Honestly they are !! I saw another video where the UA-camr really rubbed & blended them out & the glitters were very prominent ! 😅 however she says they set rather quickly so u need to blend them fast .. although Morgan says the opposite … so I don’t know if they depends on batches or the texture or oil or dryness of your particular eyes ❤ hope this helps
they do have "glitter" but they are quite fine! They sparkle more on the eyelid where there is more dimension and when the sun hits. BUT I was still hoping they would be more glitter LOL

If you like the vibes of these palettes then you need to get the Two Moods palette from Give Me Glow! Better price and IMO better quality.
Iconic Infatuation looks exactly like her older Rose Decadence 6-pan palette.
