@TheSideflip Well don't under estimate the importancy of a good plectrum. I use Jim Dunlop Jazz III picks - they are perfect in every way - sound, size and grip. I would strongly recommend you get yourself a set :)

It looks closer to a flat iron mandolin, which is similar in shape to an A style.
