@@anshumanbaruah bro that's what I do yesterday I was praying 🙏 to God and bro my problems is whenever I study I study with phone when I study my mood changes to play game and when I ignore it no changes and when I try to Uninstall I am not able to and without phone I am not able to study and not able to clear doubts and in dictionary I 😢can't study a whole chapter and when I read a whole chapter I Don't understand it clearly and the things mam say I am not able to keep on mind and I face network problems too . So basically your problem is your phone so use your problem as your reward. Set a goal that I will not use my favorite apps until I complete my target today think like that. Use Digital WELLBEING APP it will help you you can use focus mode there you can lock your apps. And yeah I know how much games can be so distractive man, I have face that issue. And if you still cannot control your addiction than you should uninstall it. I know it sounds bad but I have also uninstalled BGMI the day after the release. Try to watch AMAN Bhaiya, Shobit sir Physics Wallah motivational videos. You can also watch Kota Factory, Aspirants, etc these web series are like a treasure for students. I hope so you will understand my words. And yeah remember if you will work hard then you buy and play what games you want. Keep Studying boi. Yeah for BIO AND SST you can watch Shubham Phatak mam
