Phil has so much volume and depth in his vocals. He truly is one of a kind, to keep his voice so brutally perfect. Phil Bozeman is one for the history books.
@Jon Silvestri , Would you say that about a corey taylor performance ? Or even a james hetfield performance? It's called maturing . Not to put u in the same category as these people but , too many people exspect "album quality " live. This guy wouldn't be playing Wacken if he didn't deserve it . For the amount of time and effort it's taken him to be appreciated at this level ,he is doing a great job. and besides, who else screams like Phil does? Anything of the sort comes with the territory ,I'm down with this band still .
I'm genuinely surprised about how much better the sound quality in this video is than it was in reality. Don't get me wrong, aside from one or two fuck ups I consider Whitechapel to be one of the tightest live bands out there, but I was at this very concert and the live sound was complete and utter shit. I hope I get to watch them again in another location :)

i give respect for him using s 4 string while the guitarist are using seven strings he must have some high gauged bass strings if he's using a 4 string but i bet he uses a 5 string on stage one and a while
He doesn't need a 5 string, as the guitars play just 6 string D standard with the dropped G, Gabe doesn't follow any lead, ironically a 3 string could use too xD (GDG). Having strings that you don't use is a pain in the ass, I assure you.
