The knuckles remind me of a folding small version of a Klingon Bat'Leth. The naginata and the sheath are from a tactical hand-held blade made by the same manufacturer. They just gave it a naginata shaft to it, instead of the hand-grip knife hilt.

The Naginata definitely has my vote this week. It can easily be used for combat or utility purposes. The spiked otf is a close 2nd bc its just badass lol. The double blade is kool as well, but would probably be wall hanger for me. That style just isn't too practical imo. Hope you all have a great week
I just love naginata, it's blade reminds me of a tanto knife, great weapon that can be used not just as a spear but a stabbing and slashing weapon like a knife and lance combined, a weapon of my choice than a bayonet mounted on a rifle, if aswangs(ghouls) really do exist here in the Philippines it's the best choice

Personally I like the naginata the most. Self defense factors aside this has practical uses too. Image clearing some brush while hiking or cutting small limbs for firewood. I carry something like this in my car in case I hit a deer or elk and need to put it out of its misery.

I train with all types of weapons, but I have to say pole arms (spears, halberds, Naginata, etc) are in my opinion are so effective. Plus..I mean look at that thing! If I was on the receiving end of that I'd have to change my shorts before I joined the ranks off Vlad Tepesh's forest of the impaled! 😂

I can see adding a rubber tip on the end of the naginata staff, and enhancing the blade sheath for use as a walking stick. At 44 1/2" it might be a little to long for some, but it would work for me. Sooo back to my Karate Mart page.😂

I feel that because of the laws in most places knuckle knives are more of an end of civilization, total loss of law type self defense weapon, the Naginata can be used to hunt with not the best spear type but it will do the job. Also put the cover on and its a good sized hiking staff. Personally I'm a fan of the Big Go Away and Leave Me Alone Knives. 🔞 BFO Knives for short.
I used to own an even weirder knife than that double sided one. I was about to make a video to show you but then remembered I gave the knife to my girlfriend for Christmas as she likes weird things; including me. 😂

The blade was heat-treated for extra strength and durability, and the addition of the steel rod inside the handle, will definitely allow the shaft to take some abuse as well. It was fairly solid once open but not easy to deploy single handed. Maybe it was designed that way to get around certain legal restrictions but honestly it was a horrible design.
