- PANSIT with CRISPY PORK
1/2 kilo liempo, cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon rock salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons fresh milk
1-2 cups Cassava flour for coating
1/4 cup oil from frying the pork
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 red onion, sliced
6 cups water OR stock
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ head cabbage, chiffonade
2 carrots, cut into sticks
2 cans shitake mushrooms, sliced
2 cans button mushroom (sliced)
Salt or fish salt, to season as desired
400 grams egg noodles

Magaling ka Chef RV! Ang what I like most about you is your very practical way of teaching. Hindi ako stressed sa paghanap ng ingredients kc laging may substitute like cornflour with tapioca or cassava starch, heavy cream with all purpose cream. I really learn a lot from you. GOD BLESS YOU MORE CHEF!
