Its a tool to remove the Worcester bosch Lower baffle which is often seized in position. Stop wasting time with Fizzy drinks and do a tried and tested approach to removal. No More I cant remove.

I've just got a bit of climbing rope with a steel ring on the end hooks over the baffle perfect one good yank out she comes nice tool though mate keep up the good work

An effective tool when those baffles are seized and lessens the chance of cutting yourself around that top cover plate. I normally use some long nose long reach pliers to grab the bottom spring and pull it out, if those don't work, some slim long nose lock grip pliers do the trick.
Indeed a mediocre boiler that is overpriced and overrated. Baxi 600 is a well made and designed rival.

@@drpipe Well, if you set up your own Amazon page and link to items that you would recommend (say a set of water pump pliers) and people use that link to buy through your page, you get a commission. It is part of the Amazon Associates scheme. You would be surprised how quick the money mounts up. It's definitely worth doing.

Or you could just pour a bottle of coke down it and allow it to work for 10 mins. Never had one I couldn't get out with the WB removal tool
You will one day .. and coke doesn’t do anything... if it did it wouldn’t come in Ali cans... and yes there costed but trust me they wouldn’t take the risk 😂
So in other words replace the heat exchanger.

Great tool but well engineered WB what a truely shit design and u got lots of space almost as good as the expansion on a old cdi
I enjoy fixing them.. Thats side exit flue so as worse case as it can be. Its all work.. every boiler has issues... if you know a brand that doesnt let me know !!
