I see the one label flagging off the knife edge before labeling the jar. I need a closeup look to check for bubbles under the labels. What’s the + and - tolerances for this labeler ? What is the maximum and smallest container that it will function on ? Looks like the Tronics labeler we use. How many ppm will it give using the largest label it will apply ?
Hi Patrick. This particular machine is now sold, it was exported to Sweden for a honey jar not the ones in the video. This was just a demonstration video and the machine has not had rollers or brushes fitted to wipe the label down after application. These machines can run at +/ - 0.5 mm accuracy. Please see link to a current Herma front and back label machine we have in stock: www.sc-packaging.com/scpackaging/Herma_Front_Back_And_Wraparound_Labelling_Machine.html This machine is fitted with red rubber flaps to wipe the label down just after the dispensing edge. These machines will go down to small nail varnishes sized products up to 2.5L containers anything smaller than a 5L. We also have more setup guide videos on labelling machines if you want to have a look at our channel. Please see link to our most popular set up video of a Precision labelling machine made in the UK: ua-cam.com/video/SRgp_IGFHXg/v-deo.html
