    I owned this bike for short while. I noticed there was excessive engine vibration past 6K RPM to a point that your hands would almost go numb. The vibes were most pronounce around 7,500 RPM. Did you noticed the same? I eventually sold it as I couldn't stand the vibrations.

    • @2UnaverageGamers

      Some days they are atrocious and some days I don't notice them, it definitely is a downside.

    Without the baffle sounds great in video. But in real life that is so loud 🙂 Even with ear plugs my ear hurt after an hour long ride, especially in the 4k-5k rpm range, there's just too much grunt.

    • @2UnaverageGamers
      @2UnaverageGamers  6 років тому +1

      Gunnar Carlson sorry for the late reply. Been real busy here lately. What I did was took a pair of pliers and stuck the grips into two of the little pipes, then took a screwdriver and put it between the grips and used it like a handle and twisted it off. Hope this helps, hard to put what I did into words lol.

    convert your signals to LEDs, they use less power and are more resilient, I did on my DR and I've never had a turn signal go out again.

    hi! do you think a complete beginner can handle the cbr 650 f and would you recommend it as an entry bike?

    • @2UnaverageGamers
      @2UnaverageGamers  6 років тому +5

      Yes, this bike is (in my opinion) the perfect starter bike. It has a very fine balance of control, acceleration, and speed that anybody with self confidence can control.

    • @Litto808
      @Litto808 6 років тому +3

      Negative. 650 series are too powerful for a beginner.Start with a 300 or 400 series. Only the insurance alone will kill you.Run I insurance quote before buying any bike.

    • @2UnaverageGamers

    • @2UnaverageGamers
      @2UnaverageGamers  7 років тому +1

      You can try taking the exhaust off of the mounting bracket. If you look where the actual muffler is there are 4 bolts holding it to the frame, loosen those and it will drop down for you.
