I honestly did not expect to like a metal version of Kate Bush's beautiful song. To my own surprise, though, I do like this. It's certainly the most interesting cover I've found out of eight or nine so far. Well done.
Listen to the metal version of wuthering heights by a Brazilian power metal band Angra.
Listen to "within temptation" it's a much better version.

If you don't know Jorn, I suggest you listen to his album "Heavy Rock Radio", where this cover is from. It's a covers album, and it is amazing how he makes the songs his own, while respecting their original spirit. His version of Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" is fantastic, and John Farham's "You're The Voice" is truly something.

I love the original by Kate Bush. Heard a remake done by a dance music artist years ago but didn't believe they did it justice. I think it's safe to say Jorn's version does! This is awesome!!!

This is probably the best metal cover of this song I’ve heard. Probably because it was made before Stranger things made it popular again and all the UA-cam artists made a money grab with this song. You can tell this dude actually really enjoyed this song.

I UTTERLY LOVE this metal version of Kate Bush's Running Up The Hill. It has become one of my favs and I never get tired of listening to it. Jôrn Lande's voice has something really special that pierces through to the deepest corner of my heart every single time I listen to this song.
Nevertheless, I owe Kate Bush's version of the song the fact of discovering Jorn's music.

just as some of you said, it IS a challenge to cover a pop song, like this. The challenging part was to create new, kick ass hard rock ideas, arrangement. Great melody was given already. Nice job! Jorn is great!!

The only rock/metal cover of this song that I like. All other UA-cam covers have whimpy vocals or seem forced. Kate Bush has powerhouse beefy pipes and none other covers bring it even close. Jorn does it great justice here.
