Did you die grind or bore out the water gallery through the centre of block? I spent 8 hours with die grinder on my bare block, could barely see through gallery from front to back beforehand and cleaned it all up, got rid of heaps of excess casting junk through gallery, gave it good water flow to the back.
Should you replace the rods? I heard that for both NA and TT they're both the same and can handle over 600hp without breaking, the wrist pins are usually the problem on NA motors.

this video showed currenting the Eagle rods can handle up to 1000hp. NA rods wrist pins is very weakness than TT
How did you decide what size bearings to use?
Look at the oem bearing have stamped "STD" or "STDX" both is different

Do you not use the the squirters?
Yes squirters installed after the video is halted in half video but don't showed it in the video.
