Good vid....a combination of the video and users' questions answered all my queries (e.g.) I wondered why the clothes were only partially dried on "non-stop 60 mins"...3 hours seems a lot of time to fully dry a load! Lots of electricity usage!
Thanks Robin, I’m on vacation in Portugal and our Airbnb had one of these machines. Your video did a great job of explaining the operation so now we can have clean and dry clothes for the rest of our vacation!
I'm doing a washing and go to dry and I put 1 hr on the direr option and it cancelling the hour down to 10 15 mins and its not dry do you think u need a engineer out or am I doing it wrong x
Hey my machine keeps washing for 1second and stops, even when I change the circle it just goes back to lock and wash for 1 second,do you know how I can fix this please?
May be due to thermostat failure, problems filling up with water for the rinse cycle, or even pump problems that prevent your washer from draining. One thing that you can check yourself is the lid switch.
You need to follow these steps: Press the "Start/Pause" button to pause the machine if it's currently running. Hold down the "Start/Pause" button for a few seconds until the timer lock symbol disappears from the display. This should unlock the timer function. Once unlocked, you can adjust the timer by pressing the appropriate buttons or dials.

Hi, you need to ask engineer to have a look
I'm having the same problem :(
Are your clothes fully dry or slightly damp still when you use the non stop 60 mins cycle? Thank you!
At 60mins the clothes are semi dry, the fully dry is around 3hr cycle
What cycle do you use for normal washing
Hi, 60 mins cycle!
Ok.
Thank you for your help
Does it dry the clothes or half dry them?@@RobinAgarwal

How to unlock the timer was set to 4hours. I cannot wait for it

Do you know why the light 'MAX' is flashing?
Hi, Max flash indicates when the load exceeds the capacity.
Thank you
