31 वा सप्ताह गर्भावस्था का महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है |
31 वे सप्ताह में शारीरिक बदलाव जो हे वो सभी पहले जैसे ही होते हे लेकिन इस हफ्ते में वजन बढ़ने लगता है। इस हफ्ते में गर्भवती महिलाों को braxton hicks contraction feel होगा। इस वीडियो में डॉ असली और नकली pain के बारे में भी बताती है |
इसके बाद डॉ baby में वाले बदलावों के बारे में बताती है जैसे बेबी का वजन, बेबी की height आदि |इस हफ्ते में हर 15 दिन में check ups के लिए जाने की सलाह डॉ देती है। इसके बाद डॉ कुछ vitamins के बारे में बताती है जैसे B2, B3 आदि |
